Wouldn’t recommend using this particular branch for selling your home. Would repeat complete sub par viewings, giving false or no information even though they had this written down. Had to change for feedback on more than one occasion. 2 individuals were completely awful to work with. Avoid.... Read more

Honestly the worst company anyone could go through, little man johnny boy tricker think he’s so brilliant puffing his chest out in front of my kids and partner (a female) while I wasn’t there, raising his voice and pointing his fingers (which we have video evidence), making my two young kids scared and cry! Very unprofessional we put through many complaints about the house and they just checked the jobs off as completed but never even came to do nothing! Then to top it all off he’s now trying to take most of the deposit through “carpet cleaning” which he’s well known for by the looks of things! I wouldn’t trust him with your personal data either because he happily gave us the actual home owners full name and address! We was paying for a 3 bed house for over 6months when environmental health claimed that one bedrooms was unliveable with all the damp and black mould but once again keystones and little man tricker done so little to help out and didn’t care one bit! We left the house and 4 days later it was up to rent, so nothings been fixed!!... Read more
