I cannot recommend Keystone enough. They were the estate agent through whom we bought our new home . It was a tricky purchase slowed by a very long probate and our solicitors being taken over by another firm which meant certain repetition of stages we had completed. Sally Gara was the most professional and empathic person involved in ameliorating tricky situation.Sally genuinely cared and looked after us despite the fact we were not paying for her services. Sally was the communicator and facilitator that kept the solicitors on track to get the process concluded. She was always available to talk to about what was actually happening and was prepared to ask questions of both parties solicitors and vendor. She showed such compassion to myself and my 92 year old mother I cannot fault her.

Selling my house through another local estate agent and interactions with solicitors in selling and buying process were dire . The only person who kept me sane and seemed to work on behalf of my mother and me and keep communication flowing to ensure completion of purchase was Sally Gara. So far so good, smooth letting experience. Hoping for a good full tenancy experience.
*The above was my experience when letting, however, the journey with this agent has been tough. Of course, people will be nice when they want to make sales but when real issues arise, they bolt!
When I went to view the house, I was never told that the hot water pressure was low and I have to put up with whatever I find in the house.
However, since over 2 years (27 months), I have NEVER had a proper shower in the house i rented, neither has my kitchen hot water come through as it should. I contacted the agent with the issue but the major feedback I am getting now is that THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT.
They have advertised a house under false pretence whereas things are not working the way they should.
I would not recommend an agent that won't look out for their tenant.
If the issue is resolved, I will update this review accordingly.

The colleagues within itself at the company are very informative and helpful. But don’t state rules on refunded deposits very clearly. I’m very upset with the way things have turned out with Keystones due to my partner and I wanting to rent/buy our first home together and read so many good reviews- we saw the negative ones and decided to dismiss that and make an assumption of our own. We are very upset and disappointed with this. We don’t have hundreds and hundreds of pounds to throw out the window at the moment and feel as if we’ve been taken for granted as we are “vulnerable” in this situation due to being young and first time buyers/letters. This has been a very stressful situation for both myself and my partner and has made us worry now about putting down future holding deposits.

Property consultant Danny, who came to the house initially, had the right amount of professionalism and friendliness and made us feel totally at ease during a difficult time. STAY CLEAR OF KEYSTONES AT ALL COST , Jonathan is not only the most arrogant man but also bully & only interested in one thing which is money money money , not bothered about the STATE of the property’s he rents out for extortionate prices .. then continues with numerous threats of eviction the whole few years I rented from him in the end of I left and as I was in the process of moving my stuff out arrived at the door one day to find a note on door they had changed the locks whilst I was removing my things. .. ANYTHING they can do to make your life complicated they will , then continued to kick of our members of the block of flats we lived in .overall I would NEVER RECCOMMEND this disgusting man to anyone . If I could give no stars I would , good luck with that cleaning though :))))

Finding suitable accommodation for my family was the most problematic aspect when relocating back to the country from overseas. While other estate agents had simply shied away, Keystone was on hand to help despite the time difference, extra procedures and checks they had to go through for somebody who had lived aboard for many years. As someone renting out a house for the first time ever, on behalf of an older family member, my experience with Keystone IEA has been extremely positive.
Jonathan Webb was highly recommended to us as someone who would guide us expertly through the challenging process of renting for the first time.
And that is exactly what happened. After meeting him and realising he knew his business inside out, we felt a lot more confident about forging ahead.
And as we got further into the process, we met other members of the team who were equally as supportive and knowledgable as Jonathan.
They made the process of going from a tentative idea to rent, to actually being fully prepared for a tenant to move in, very easy.
The team members we have dealt with have been swift to answer questions and have always been patient and friendly. A highly professional team.
If you have the choice, as a landlord, between using this independent estate agent or a larger chain - I would definitely recommend Keystone based on how things went for us.
The speed and quality of their communication is superb and all four team members we dealt with were of a high standard professionally.
There aren’t many businesses these days that can maintain this kind of continuity of customer experience across the team.

Purchased, let and sold a property with Keystone IEA over a period of several years and cannot fault them. Jonathan T and his team are first class. I’m unable to fault Keystones performance throughout the ordeal that moving home transpired to be. Communication was effective, regular, always on point and simply honest. My scenario was a purchase through Keystones and their professionalism out shone my agency to the point of near embarrassment.
Following a complex tangle of solicitors, banks and agents, I must commend and express gratitude to Sally who provided a driving lead throughout the process and aided personal sanity to no end.
I wasn’t selling through Keystones, though offer that if you are considering going to market, opening a conversation will not be the worst time spent.

This is the best estate agent i have come across so far. Jonathan was very helpful right from the word go. They were super quick in responding to our queries and sorting out the problems. Things were pretty smooth from the moment we saw the property including the paper works. Very professional. Highly recommended . Given a chance again, I would definitely choose them over a better home with other agents :) Happy customer.

Keystone as a whole are a good estate agents I would recommend them to anyone, always quick to respond to any problem or query, any issues with property or repairs there on to them prompt and professional. Also polite and helpful, will help you get to the bottom of anything if they no about it, any issue with your landlord no problem keystone will act an investigate good quality service from keystone. You can not fault them.

Danny & Jack have been great. Keystone haven't been at all pressured in their approach and it's been such a refreshing change! Jack was really genuine on each viewing we had with him and Danny was really personable and approachable on the phone to both my husband and I. We just recently sold our home through Keystone. All the staff have been amazing throughout. Highly professional and friendly. Very helpful whenever there was any questions. And most importantly proactive, proactive in getting the property listed and getting us viewings and offers. Then once sold proactive in ensuring that the sale went through quickly and efficiently by giving weekly updates and chasing the solicitors where necessary!
I’d like to express my gratitude to all the staff and a strong recommendation for Keystone as agents. My partner and I recently finished our tenancy after renting from Keystone for 3+ years. We can both honestly say we had the best experience renting from Keystone.
Jonathan is one of the nicest and friendliest letting agents we’ve ever had. If it wasn’t for the fact we’ve just bought a place, we’d definitely still be renting from Keystone. Very professional and responsive if ever any issues arise re plumbing/electrical. Even the companies they choose to do maintenance on the property are friendly and always have good things to say about Jonathan and the company too.
I’ve already had friends enquire about the house we just left and I’ve recommended Keystone 100%.

We have recently purchased a house through Keystone and although they weren't our estate agents they were extremely helpful in pushing the sale forward, keeping us up to date with each stage of the sale , over coming hurdles and liaising with solicitors etc... Jonathan (who was very helpful) was our main point of contact but when dealing with other members of staff they were all helpful and courteous. Tried Keystone for my flat sale over a 16 week term. Unfortunately they didn’t manage this (although we did have a national lockdown for more than half of our term). Communication was quite good throughout the term and they did try video tours when lockdown occurred.

Very poor experience with Key stone when renting a property.
The staff were rude, turned up for inspections when we had no idea. Very pushy when LL put house up for sale with regards to viewings, difficult when you have a family and a job. Avoid completely.

In our experience the staff at Keystone have always been quick to assist us, most notably Jonathan, he is very personable and well spoken it’s always a pleasure to deal with him. As for issues resolved? Everything we’ve mentioned to him has been dealt with quickly and professionally. So I fail to see what the previous negative reviewers are referring to, I would recommend Keystone IEA to all my friends and family!
