Homes took over from another estate agent and then things progressed noticeably on selling my mother’s house. Really friendly and efficient team, professional, very supportive and I felt treated as an individual; they understood the circumstances under which the house had to be sold (to pay for care home costs). Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with BCM Wilson Hill. I thought I was in a fair negotiation for a property but had to continually chase them for weeks to get any updates. When I finally did get a reply over 3 weeks later they had negotiated and agreed the tenancy with another company who viewed and put an offer in several weeks after I made our offer. It has left us without office space with a month before the potential move date. I have found the whole experience most distressing and disappointing on a professional level from BCM and hate having to leave such a negative review.... Read more
