Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with BCM Wilson Hill.<br>I thought I was in a fair negotiation for a property but had to continually chase them for weeks to get any updates.<br>When I finally did get a reply over 3 weeks later they had negotiated and agreed the tenancy with another company who viewed and put an offer in several weeks after I made our offer.<br>It has left us without office space with a month before the potential move date.<br>I have found the whole experience most distressing and disappointing on a professional level from BCM and hate having to leave such a negative review.... The brilliant Richard Trimbee worked from morning till night on our behalf - and without his commitment, we simply wouldn’t have moved in before the stamp duty deadline at the end of June. Having seen the other review I just had to make a comment - I have sold several properties with this agency and they have gone above and beyond the call of duty on every occasion. They were amazing at following up with my complicated splitting of plots. Their reporting and feedback is excellent, and they are highly professional. I can’t remember how many times they went to my properties to do non-sales related errands and meeting people for me. No other agent would be so diligent. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They are the only agent in Petersfield worth considering... Read more
