6th Aug 2020 (4 years ago)I recently sold and purchased a house through the Kinver office. It was during the very stressful national lockdown and consequently all communication had to be done either on the phone or by email. Dawn, based at the Kinver office, was always upbeat, willing to help and allay any worries. Both sales were handled with professionalism, kindness and with, i might add, much patience by Dawn. 16th Dec 2023 (9 mo. ago)I feel a little harsh about the valuation score but they were off by £40k. The market is clearly difficult to judge at the moment. This however, is the only blemish in a very positive experience and to be fair, it's not really their fault.
30th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)I didn't find Eden Midcalf proactive enough. Whether this was due to current market or not. So I decided to try another agent for a fresh start.
11th May 2024 (22 weeks ago)Thank you to Mike and Lliwen who were both extremely supportive, professional and helpful during the purchase of our property in Benllech. Mike's knowledge of the local area was invaluable when were making our decision and he gave us lots of really useful advice. He was very accommodating allowing us to collect the keys one evening. Would definitely recommend the team in Menai Bridge, Cerian and Matt.

21st Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)Advertising with incorrect details and 2/3 weeks later not updated. Viewing experience was great Freddie was professional and knowledgeable. The property we were interested in was a redevelopment of old law chambers in Chester City centre - the pricing didn’t seem to make sense based on advertised measurements - when an offer was made based on this we were advised that their advert was incorrect - the property remains advertised with the old measurements including a property already sold which is said by Jackson Stops to have been considerably smaller than advertised - whilst builder and agents indemnify themselves by suggesting the purchaser should confirm sizes - it feels disingenuous. We are still awaiting the revised sizes which at one point they had but have since said they await from architects.
2nd Aug 2024 (10 weeks ago)We found the whole team to be very professional and hard working in securing a successful outcome for us. We felt the valuation was realistic and in line with our thinking - and therefore achievable. We found the team dealing with the viewings friendly, helpful and proactive and available quite late in the day if needed. We were asked by friends on Anglesey about our experience in selling our property and were able recommend the Dafydd Hardy team wholeheartedly.

5th Sep 2022 (2 years ago)Awful telephone manner, rang to enquire about a property and whoever answered the phone was very rude and blunt, wasn’t even sure I’d rung the correct number when greeted with a rude ‘hello?’ Then mumbled and put the phone down when they’d said what they needed to. Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.
