   I recently sold and purchased a house through the Kinver office. It was during the very stressful national lockdown and consequently all communication had to be done either on the phone or by email. Dawn, based at the Kinver office, was always upbeat, willing to help and allay any worries. Both sales were handled with professionalism, kindness and with, i might add, much patience by Dawn.    Absolutely amazing Estate Agents .we said they should be rebranded as “ going above and beyond” because this is what they do . They strive so hard for buyer and seller to match them up and care deeply that people make the right choices . They help with tasks that “go above and beyond” their remit and are relentless to get properties over the line .     Called this company to view this property on Bull Bay Rd. firstly my call was not returned When I eventually got through a rude man told me I could not view the property as they already have enough viewers, I asked for a call back if the property did not sell and I was told that this also was not possible. I then asked if I could make an offer with out seeing the property he said no Personally I found his attitude disgusting unhelpful and very abrupt and if it were my property he was selling I would be very disappointed in his service...
