I had sole agency and do not regret staying with them to the bitter end when a number of things went wrong with many buyers through no fault of Wright's. They were always kind and sympathetic when we had problems and went that extra mile to help. Thoroughly recommend them.

Definitely worthy of a 5* rating. Our huge thanks to all involved for getting us over the line! Selling your home can be a stressful experience not to mention costly and therefore we wanted the most professional team to help support us through this process. Knight Frank have dedicated people / a team for each area of the sale process, from pulling the property information together, to ensuring you are happy with everything before your property goes live on line. They inform you of viewings and have their own team of people who guide potential purchasers around your property. These people are throughly briefed beforehand and are able to answer most of the purchaser's questions. Once you receive an offer on your property, the next group of professionals play they part in the process. At this stage, our point of contact was Giselle who was an absolute genius in keeping everything ticking along, even when there was a blip with the buyer's solicitor, Giselle was there to keep everything moving forward. The whole team is headed up by Luke Pender-Cudlip, a consummate professional, who has a vast knowledge and experience in this field, and someone you can depend on to get the job done. The communication throughout was excellent via both email and telephone calls so we were kept fully up to speed of how the transaction was progressing throughout. Thanks team."

The entire team have been so helpful in assisting us with both selling & buying property, I’d highly recommend their services to anyone looking to navigate the property market. In particular we have always dealt with Kelly within the Gillingham branch and I can vouch that her knowledge and customer care is second to none. We will most certainly look to use Kelly at Chaffers when the time comes for us to find our forever home.
14th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Our property was with G&C for 17 months in total and sold at the third attempt. Online marketing of the property was excellent, although the initial valuation was over priced and set unrealistic expectations. Hollie, Kirstie & Lyndsey went above and beyond to get the sale, accomodating buyer requests for multiple visits etc. However, I think high staff turnover did not help the sale and at times we would have benefitted from a dedicated Expediter in branch.

8th Apr 2024 (26 days ago)Do not touch this company! On false advertising relating to the 'service promise' and verbal sales pitch we stupidly signed the contract to sell a property. For minimum service we spent over £6000, which worked out extremely overinflated and extortionate. Despite an appeal, we have been offered £50 goodwill!! The 'investigation' is internal and all we were told is we signed the contract and that DOES NOT include any service. We would have not signed the contract if it had not been for the promised service! They have replaced the rip-off double glazing companies with how they conduct their business!!

Due to mortgage restrictions and a changing economic climate, the task of getting it over the line was not easy for anyone but Savills kept in constant contact, kept believing we would do it and keep the deal together. Always easy to reach, always have time for a call or chat and very informative. Would certainly recommend.

The house sold within 4 weeks, and although there were difficulties with our onward purchase, Max progressed the process regularly and kept us informed throughout. Thoroughly recommend Max and his team.

The high standard of the house details attracted several companies from outside wanting to market my property. I would not hesitate in recommending the whole team at the Gillingham office to others. My 20 year old sister rents from them and has had nothing but problems with mould and damp and they don’t care and are now threatening her saying she has to leave in 2 weeks or stay for the full tenancy in the disgusting property. She has had 6+ contractors in to view the mould because the landlord is to tight to pay for any works they just keep sending more people. They work with rogue landlords and do not care about there tenants. Carly Cleary is the one my sister has been dealing with, she lacks customer service and is threatening a 20 year old who is renting there first property still paying full rent. They are telling her she has to leave her furniture outside for 3 weeks and if it gets damaged or stolen it’s her problem for them to fix the issues. The council are involved and they are past the deadline for it to be fixed. Honestly appalling company and we will take it as far as we need to, no one should have to live in a property with this many issues, paying full rent and having to be home to let people on constantly it’s a joke!

Called agency to let them know that we late unforseen circumstances and we were told off. Lady called Katerina very unprofessional ,not accommodating us. Just a waist of time and petrol!
