When certain things didn’t go as planned, Lilly was very hands on to propose potential solutions. Moving home can be so stressful and cause so much uncertainty, but I felt reassured and put at ease throughout the process.

All the team are professional and so helpful. Justine kept us up to date with our sale and has been outstanding throughout. We can not thank them enough for what they have done.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

31st Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Naomi, the manager took over £300 from my deposit for no justified reasons. Balcony something broke due to weather, on me. Dirty mattress prior, i used topper, still charged. Cleaning and oven cleaning over £100. Many things where X1 will need to cover for maintenance but they'll finesse tenants and make them liable.
5th May 2025 (14 days ago)Brought our first house with Freeman and Grey! Couldn’t recommend them enough, they helped with parts of the process which wasn’t for them to do e.g. answer questions more for solictors side. They chased up on our sellers etc and was so quick at getting back to us! They kept us informed at all times and very professional. We mainly dealt with Daniel Freeman who was so helpful! We will definitely use them in the long term future. Excellent estate agent and was very helpful when we was looking for a house! 5/5 ?
