One of the few companies left that understand customer care! I purchased a house through Martin & Co and Cindie couldn't have been more proactive and helpful. Easy to contact and always responded quickly when not available. A real shining light in an otherwise stressful process. The gift box when we completed was such a nice surprise and full of useful stuff. 100% recommend

They are the most rubbish people in the world they don't listen to what you say and when you do say that you are going to go court with them that's when they take action, I told them there was mould in my room on how many occasions and I'm moving out and they still haven't sorted out the problem. If you can find the same flat you want with a different agency then I advise you to do so.

I booked in to view a property on Week Street with this agent a week ago. The viewing was at 4.15pm. I was standing outside of the flat entrance on time. The office called to say they would be 2 minutes. 10 minutes later still no sign. The agent then called to say someone was outside. I described where I was. The office said they would tell the person looking for us. 5 minutes later I get a call to say the person looking for us couldn't find us and has gone back to the office and could we just come back to the office to look at the plans. Having booked this day off to view the property I am not happy with the service that has been provided. I will not be viewing with this company again.

Appalling. Arranged a viewing with them only to be stood up, and when I called them, I the first time I was hung up on. On the third time of calling them, I was told that the viewing "may have been cancelled". Thorough waste of time and totally discourteous. Avoid.

They have amazing reputation and exactly same disappointment. Tried to book viewing with them, the only times they have is more comfortable for them then a customer. They booked my viewing and on the day rang me to inform that flat is gone, so why would you even book??? Shortly after that they sent confirmation for same viewing, probably email system dose that automatically, but how unprofessional.
