Communication was always good and could phone the branch, get straight through and they all knew who we were (not in a bad way). To be fair to them the property was not in the most desirable area to most buyers so do not think they were at fault for not selling (was on with 2 agents after first 4 weeks with just them). No fee as never sold but was very competitive and also included a free epc

3rd Jun 2026 (16 days ago)After multiple formal requests, this letting agency has failed to provide basic documentation including rental contracts, deposit protection details, and rental account statements. They have repeatedly ignored our requests for information, and, as new owners, we do not have a legal management contract in place with them. There has been a consistent lack of transparency around rent collection and tenant agreements. We would not recommend them as a letting agent and everyone should avoid them.

Communication was always professional, friendly and quick, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. George kept us updated throughout and was always happy to help with any questions we had. Collecting the keys and completing the purchase went very smoothly, and we really appreciated all the support during the process. Highly recommended.

She kept us informed at every stage, and responded promptly to any questions, which made everything as smooth and stress free as possible - especially being first time buyers. And a special shout-out to Anne (sorry don't know last name), who made the property viewing genuinely enjoyable. We’d previously been with a rival agent, and to be honest, they left us absolutely hating the whole process of trying to sell; it was frustrating, impersonal, and just a total headache. Switching to Wards was like night and day. The team—and especially Anna—completely turned things around for us. What I appreciated most about Anna was her straightforward honesty; she never gave us the usual run-around and was always totally transparent, which was such a refreshing change. She didn't just go through the motions; she actually listened and ended up finding us the absolute dream next chapter for our family’s lives. It felt like she was genuinely invested in getting us into the right place rather than just chasing a commission, and we’re so grateful she helped us turn a negative experience into such a massive win.

If truth be known, as we hadn't heard of them before it probably wouldn't have been one we would naturally have utilised. However, we have been simply over the moon that you were the chosen Estate Agents, your service has been nothing short of exemplary. You have done absolutely everything you said you would do, at the times and dates provided. The Staff are so supportive, and will go out of their way to make sure the information or question is provided or answered. Nothing has ever been too much, whatever date, time or person we spoke to. We had total faith in your ability to deliver, and trusted you to do your job and you absolutely delivered on everything. All I'm left to add is a big thank you to all concerned.
27th Jan 2026 (20 weeks ago)Traveled nearly 3 hours to view a property they had up for sale with my family. Only to be told half an hour before the viewing that they had received 3 offers on the property, one above the asking price and one just below. Then told there was no point coming down to see it and asked to turn back around. Not only did I waste time and effort, we scheduled our days off to come and see this place and no one had the balls to call or email day before to say there were offers on the property and there’s a chance it may not be available after they speak with the owner. Wasted fuel, time, effort and money only to be told with half an hour to go. Then they had the audacity to tell me that they had only just found out, (all three, one above the asking price and one just under + another offer all came in that morning did it? In this stagnant market! Okay) and that the property actually had structural issues and was probably no good to me anyway. Next time you make a mistake just put your hand up, say sorry we go go to call you and let you know, offer to pay atleast the bloomin dart charge as a gesture of goodwill and atleast you can make people think you care. It’s a shame because I’m looking to move specifically into the area that property is located and I’ll be avoiding this estate agent entirely now. Can’t wait to hear what excuse they come up with in their reply (if they reply).

Everything is taken care of from advertising the property on all the online platforms to securing a suitable tenant.
