He was honest, communicative, and always willing to answer our questions. His guidance made the rental process smooth and stress-free, and we truly appreciate his dedication. The service was excellent from start to finish, with clear communication and regular updates throughout the entire process. A special thanks to Esther, Joe, and Matthew, who were all fantastic and made sure we were kept fully up to date at every stage. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and support really helped make the whole process smooth and stress-free. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Greyfox to anyone looking to buy a property in the area.
12th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)Update from previous review below: after so much hassle finally managed to complete our sale. I want to stress the fact that moat has been nothing but horrible. Anytime I wanted someone to chase their legal team I can never get anyone from moat to do this for me. Their response was 'Your solicitors need to do this' which obviously they have been however just never get any response or even get through the phone to them. Customer service is absolutely apauling and they have been nothing but difficult to get our sale sorted. Never go with moat or if you are dealing with these developers be prepared to be disappointed!<br><br>I been trying to get hold of the post sales team regarding our house sale and they have been nothing but a pain! Our solicitors haven't been able to get anywhere with them hence been trying to contact directly and Everytime you ring them, no one is available to take your call. You are told someone will get back to you in 5 days. It's an absolute joke!

She showed exceptional professionalism, splendid and swift skill in the valuation of our property and then wrapped it all up with scintillating survey of the whole building surroundings. Her excellence and dedication to work is simply exceptional. She diligently sent the necessary documents within stipulated time and got everything promptly set up to our amazement. They guide you all through the process without stress or hassles. 23rd Dec 2025 (11 weeks ago)First home buyers - during the process of making an offer, Wards in Chatham will want to be your best friends and send you various emails about fantastic customer service and support they will offer throughout the process. Don’t be fooled. 7 months of hardly returning our calls or emails when asking for updates or support. I was even told we were one of many cases they are dealing with when asking politely for updates, which basically meant ours did not particularly matter. When the day finally arrived to collect our keys, there was not even a congratulations in branch, just a soggy white envelope with some keys in. I’m not usually one to give reviews, but I feel purchasing a home is a massive part of our lives, especially first time buyers, and the experience could not have been worse. Support independent agents.- 27th Feb 2026 (11 days ago)Top Class! Our sale/move was a rather stressful one thanks to the incompetence of the rest of the chain. Without Anna I have no doubt it would have fallen apart. Her customer focus and interaction with me as a customer was faultless, she is an asset to Wards. I have to mention Max, Aimi and Charlie too as in the background they also supported me which I am grateful for. Well done Walderslade!

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
