We had been with a competitor for 8 months, and only had 12 viewings. Switched to Webbers, Ilfracombe and initially spoke with Henry Swain, who advised us clearly with a plan to move forward.<br>At this point Keri Harrop was allocated as our dedicated Property Advisor.<br>Within 9 days of our revised advert going live, we received an acceptable offer and started the Conveyancing process. This is where Keri showed how exceptional a talent she is for Webbers - constant communication, guidance and support both by phone and email. Questions were always answered quickly and clearly, her help was immense at what is a very stressful time. She constantly checked with solicitors, buyers and all parties involved for updates.
