Worse experience with them, was looking to rent a house through them.. they wanted a holding deposit to check my credit scores, if I fail the credit score then I don’t get my money back.. surely that’s not right? Anyway, spoke to their manager and she agreed on doing the credit check without a holding deposit of £250, baring in kind that’s a lot of money, I’m glad my credit check failed otherwise I wouldn’t of got that money back. Ever, please be aware of this scam, they just want £250 and will deliberately fail a credit check or say you can’t afford the rent so they keep the money for themselves. my conversation with Ellie from Belvoir Bourges Boulevard I have checked the law too.. it’s against the law to take a non refundable deposit to do a credit check....
