On many occasions, I have received support from Belvoir over and above the norm. In the main I have dealt with Luke Clarke, who has a very calm, friendly manner, gets things sorted within 24 hours of receiving requests - even at weekends, gives sound advice on potential investments and does not ever sound like an estate agent trying to sell you something.
My thanks also to Barry in maintenance and repairs who has the difficult task of liaising with tenants on my behalf to get issues sorted.
The whole team is friendly and professional and I feel they have solimy responsibilities as a landlord, giving me peace of mind. Nowtg that there is a new telephone system, which puts callers in a queue to be answered, (as opposed to asking you to leave a message), I am 100% satisfied customer!

Avoid This Letting Agency at All Costs!
I recently had to move out of a property managed by this letting agency due to several serious issues that I feel obligated to share to warn others.
About six months ago, there was a significant leak in the house, which the landlord did come and fix. However, the leak caused severe mold growth on the walls and underneath the carpet. Despite the obvious health and safety risks, especially for someone like me with respiratory issues, the landlord outright refused to address the mold problem. The agency was completely unresponsive when I reached out for assistance, leaving me no choice but to move out to protect my health.
When I went to return the keys on the agreed-upon date, Michelle tried to charge me for an extra day, even though it was clearly stated in both the contract and our email communications that the keys were to be returned on the 23rd. Attempting to charge me for the 22nd is nothing short of fraud.
Lastly, I requested to be present during the final inspection of the property, as I had serious concerns about the landlord, who has a history of dishonesty and attempting to scam tenants. Despite it being my right to be present, the agency refused my request, further proving their lack of professionalism and transparency.
To be mentioned that the agency allowed the landlord access to the property BEFORE the final inspection took place. Them being able to modify the fittings inside the house and cause damage.
This agency has demonstrated a complete disregard for tenant rights and legal obligations. If you value your health, your money, and your peace of mind, I strongly advise you to avoid this agency at all costs.

After 18 years of using Belvoir we have decided not to use them again. Always charged a decent price to find a tenant but now they have charged us the FULL rent for the first month. I know we signed the contact from Spain, but in their contract their minimum is £720.00 including VAT. I thought they would have charged that but NO so goodbye after all those years. Other agents charge far less so why should we continue with one who have NO loyalty towards customers? Now just 'cash cows'!!

Whenever I have to contact the agency to discuss an issue, all agents are polite and helpful - always. Got in taxi (£13.60) to the apartment. Called them to say we were almost outside.
Apparently they cancelled the viewing… called this morning??
No missed calls today. No text or email from them to cancel viewing.
Travelling with 17 month old toddler and 37 weeks pregnant (they were aware of situation upon requesting apartment viewing)
Seriously unprofessional - if you’re cancelling at least directly speak with the person you’ve made an appointment with!!!
Thankfully I have another house viewing in an hour so it’s not entirely wasted money. But yuck. Will never consider renting a property from this company now.

I have been letting out my 3 properties with Belvoir Peterborough for over the last 5 years. Amira Seaton has been managing my properties and I must say she has been amazing at her job. She keeps me up to date with everything that goes on in my properties. She has a very professional approach when dealing with tough situations. She works together with me very well when any of the properties have any problems and supports both tenants and landlords to resolve it in a way that is fair and right for both parties. Amira shows attention to details when sending inspection / visit reports to me and is always proactive to report if anything to the property needs to get done in the near future. I have been using Belvoir for the past 2-3 years and I can just say that personally I am extremely happy with the agency. Their agents are always polite and helpful. It is rare nowadays to get a humane service that doesn’t feel robotic, however Belvoir has always been there whenever I needed answers to my question or help. The agent managing the building I am in is called Emily Holmes and I can simply say that I couldn’t even wish or expect better service. I was aware he struggled with poor customer service before his death and I am sorry to say it continued whilst my elderly father and I have tried to close my brothers estate. Initially were very good a few years ago.
Lately absolutely terrible.
1. They did not inspections for months on end. Only when we had a leak was the property inspected after I made a point of this.
By this time it was too late. Ceiling collapsed and left with a big repair bill.
2.. Tenant contacted them re the above but late action on their part meant damage was done.
3. Not an active agent even though fee is paid. Our rooms have been not filled and therefore am resorting to changing agent. I tried to discuss this with them and was advised by Michelle I would receive a call back but none received.
i hope my feedback helps other landlords when deciding on which company to choose. No company is perfect but I have had a very bad experience in the last 6 months with belvoir peterborough.

They have double booked viewing for same property which made me and other party feel rather awkward, when mentioned that will be living with children, remark was made even though property profile stated 'children welcome', had to chase (Liam) several times on response to check if I was successful with property chosen to rent, response came after 2 days only and 'let agreed' signed was placed on property for all to see well before long chased response finally came to say different application will be processed. I wouldn't recommend to rent a property from them. I have rented a couple of properties from them, but the last experience was awful. (Nothing about the property just the agents)
Having Rosie as my property manager I was really disappointed, when it came to money and fees she always knew how to get me. But whenever there was a fault in something, or whenever I tried to contact her about any enquiries I was always ignored, I was lucky IF she ever got back to me in 2 weeks, after I've sent her multiple emails about the same thing, and plus I had to call the office and raise that I have been continuously ignored, even then I was sent from a person to person, and in the end answer was - Rosie will get back to you when available.

We been renting property with Belvoir for nearly 3 years. Whenever we had an issue, problem was resolved very quickly and effectively. The person we normally dealing with is Liam Horton and during all this COVID-19, whenever we had problem with money or anything like that, Liam was very helpful and never made us feel bad about this situation. Before we were renting a house with a different agency, and there was a lot of problems, with Belvoir everything is great.

Since moving in our property manager liam horton has helped with any quieries we have had and always gets back to us quickly. I would and do reccomend belvoir and when we decide to look for a house will definately look through belvoir again

Have liaised with Barry Eudale from Maintenance for years now. He has recently completed a job for me which I am very happy with as always. He always takes the time to explain and ensure that I understand the issue at hand whatever the complexity and goes through any options with me in detail. He is sensitive to taking a reasonable approach which is both cost effective and which gets the job done. He takes the time to answer my queries and his charges are always in my experience within the estimate or quotation. He has a pleasant reasonable human approach which sadly these days is often set aside by the younger "hard nosed" generation. So, thank you once again to Barry and to Belvoir!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! with other reviewers, this is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with, house checks were that bad, I deliberately made sure I was out, trying to get deposit back a complete nightmare ended up going to TDS, dealing with the unprofessional office personal was another level, personally I’d rather sleep on a park bench than deal with these cowboys, plenty of other letting agents in Peterborough. I’d give minus if Google allowed it.

I have had a bad experience with them. I am paying for an expensive property which has faults. the roofs are dripping like a shower and they would not care about customer but only the rent. No support at as only property owner seems to be a customer and not the tenent.

Most disgusting service I've even seen. I was told that they will contact me on the last day of my tenancy contract to arrange property check and key handover. No one contacted! After I contacted them on that day (afternoon time) asking how about ending a contract they said the agent will visit my property later on today. I took a day off just to find out that no-one cares about it. You know what happened next? They charged me a rent for that last day saying that keys handover hasn't been arranged and I vacated the property on that day!!! I gave them a month notice as per contract and two week before that day I called them saying that I vacated the property already and can give them the keys back but they said they can't accept the property before the end of the contract.
This is not the end, if you are still with me.
They said that dust on the window celling is not acceptable. Dust on the floor is not acceptable. Dead fly on the window frame is not acceptable, imagine that? The property was vacated for two weeks and I left top frame slightly opened as it was very hot summer time - hence why the dust and dead fly body.
A month after I had nothing to do with that property I received an email from my energy company with a bill for gas/electricity I used, allegedly, during a week AFTER the end of the contract! I emailed them back asking how it's possible and they said that they received meter readings from Belvoir for that week. I told them that I handed the keys back to agent a week BEFORE and had no access to the property. The energy company apologised and waived the bill. Belvoir - never.

I wouldn’t give any stars if I could. Worst letting agent I ever dealt with. All they care about is keeping their clients - home owners happy and forget about tenants. Whatever you approach them for takes ages, especially repairs. End of tenancy is also appealing, they will look for anything not to give you your deposit back. I’m happy I don’t need to deal with these guys anymore as moved out :).
Customer service and professionalism aren’t your strongest points and this includes the manager who’s clueless about housing in general not to mention housing law. All I can advise is to avoid the bunch of cowboys; most staff is young and inexperienced.
If there was no tenants you’d be out of your jobs , why don’t you start looking after them properly ? And stop lying to your tenants thinking they know nothing about lettings and how the whole thing works.

Cannot speak on being a tenant with Belvoir as we have just signed our tenancy however I can comment on the amazing support we received from Sophie Rand! Some issues arose during our referencing which Sophie informed us of immediately, kept in touch while we got it sorted (and did what she could on her end to help) and had our paperwork sorted almost immediately as soon as the issue was resolved. Felt totally supported and comfortable throughout the process and commend Sophie on her great service and for always being polite and cheerful through my seemingly endless emails to her! Would recommend dealing with Sophie if you can however I'm sure the rest of the team are just as great!

Its quite good agency,however, we are still trying to figure out what is the colour for our walls in the property,as neither the lettings agency nor the contractors know what has been used on the walls.

Tenancy ended the start of May and I am still awaiting to receive my deposit back (5th June), the deposit was agreed 2 weeks ago.
I was told that my deposit was held with a scheme called my deposits, after numerous calls it was found that my deposit was held with a completely different scheme called TDS.
After being told that Belvoir were awaiting for the landlord to pay my deposit to me for near enough 2 weeks, I called the trade scheme and it transpired that Belvoir held the deposit.
After numerous calls, I have been told it should be in my account my monday but who knows.
Luckily I am moving back home and do not need the deposit for another property!
The agency were good throughout the tenancy but this dampened my view of Belvoir completely.

I think this agency is good only if you are owner of the property. All we had was unpleasant house checks and problems with end of the tenancy and receiving deposit back. Person checking the house is only nice in the office in fronty of her colleagues. Office workers also ''missing'' documents on file, not remembering things. Would never recomend this agency to any of my friends or relatives, unless you have nowhere else to go.

Almost drove from Norwich to Lincolnshire to view a property we had rang twice to confirm we were booked to view. My boyfriend noticed it was no longer on the website and called to see what was going on (merely hours before we were supposed to view it) and was told it had been let out with barely an apology. This is sheer incompetence and would have been a complete waste of our time and money if we hadn't spotted it. This estate agents clearly do not care about potential customers and now we will avoid if possible.

As a previous client I am very upset with the work of this company, which, by giving all my information, was unable to report the price rise in the middle of the contract, behaved and talked disrespectfully, never responding in a timely manner, I really do not recommend having to deal with this company because any mistake of them will be seen as your own mistake.
I remember first day when we had to sign the document for the property. We payed over £750 and when we had to sign the document company refused to do that because we were working in an agency, my girlfriend cried then, but nobody cared about it, we thought what we will do now, and the company lady was constantly repeating “guarantor, guarantor”. We had to pay for half year in front, lost one working day just because on that day company refused to give us the keys. Company also refused to give back the deposit on the first day when we had to sign tenancy agreement and they refused that we would sign it. It is hard to forget because it was real nightmare. Now I am sure nobody will contact me.

Incredible customer service. You won't find a kinder and lovelier staff group as good as them. They are fast-responding, patient, understanding and hard-working group of individuals who are always on a mission to see that their customers are at optimum satisfaction. Within my experience with them, they are exceptional company, a good laugh and potent in their service.
I would like to highlight two very gorgeous and talented girls named Kayleigh and Rosie. Equivalent fortune as winning the lottery if you find yourselves with them. Okay maybe that's a stretch as winning the lottery is profoundly unlikely but my point still stands. 12/10 service.
I may have promised them this review of this kind of depth not going to lie...plus they kind of won me over when I was given a creme egg and a cup of coffee. And forgiveness when I surprisingly forgot about one of the most prominent part of my viewing. What an evening that was.

My husband and I have recently purchased a property through Belvoir. We can highly recommend the agency and our Sales Negotiator, Natalie Fitzjohn. During our buying process we have found that the Agency itself has always dealt with any telephone calls or messages promptly. Natalie has conducted herself professionally and in a friendly and courteous manner. Any telephone calls or emails we have made or sent to Natalie have been replied to promptly with all the information we have requested. Natalie has always been on time for any appointments we made with respect to viewings and if she did not have the answers always came back after sourcing the information we needed. She has worked efficiently on our sale and kept us informed each step of the way. She well deserves the five stars we have rated her and the Agency she works for.

Very bad agency. My family had an issue because of a neighbour in our block, and the agency won't help with it, they won't provide a number to the landlord, and they are basically telling us to shut up about it when we're just trying to defend ourselves.
Not only the moving in process was long as hell, but when we moved in, the apartment looked like a mess! It was dirty, we found random pieces of clothes at various places in the apartment, and we had to clean it ourselves.
They never provided code to the backdoor of the block, we had to ask a neighbour. Inconvenient and awkward.
They are rude, just avoid belvoir if you can.

This review is on the leasing agent Rosie Collins. My husband and I just moved to the UK and had to look for a home to rent. After viewing several homes and them being sold almost instantly, we finally found one taht was perfect! We did not want anyone else to get it so we immediately paid our admin fee's and sent in our applications and copies of our information to Rosie. After a few days of hearing absolutely nothing at all from here I called to see where we were in the application process. I was concerned that maybe I did something wrong due to me not knowing how the process to lease here, in th UK , works. I found myself calling 3-4 times a day trying to figure out what I needed to do to make sure they had everything they needed. Rosie would promise to send us information and never do it until after I reach out to someone else at her office. I spent majority of my time speaking with other leasing agents who would give me more information on what to do than Rosie would. Rosie, would tell me she'd send me documents right away and I wouldn't get anything for 6-8 hours and sometimes the following day after I've called several times for it. I am a very patient person. However, Rosie would tell me she'd send me things right away and not do it. The worse part about my whole experience with her was her attitude. She was very rude and unprofessional from her tone of voice with me to her inability to inform me of information that was need for them to complete our application. We had only 10 days left before RAF required us to move or we would have to pay for our hotel expense out of pocket. Rosie was well aware of this time frame and yet she completely neglected us. I spoke with several agents who would be confused on why certain things that should have been done were not done yet. Lucky for me, and agent offered to let me speak with a manager because I was very upset. I was able to get things taken care of in time thanks to the help of a manager named Luke Clarke. It was not his job to help me by doing her job and yet he did. He accomplished more for me in 1 day than Rosie had in the past week. He was so kind and very professional about getting back to me. If there was a document to be sent to me he would keep his word and get it to me within a reasonable time. He also informed me of what I needed to do to get it all done rather than saying nothing at all to me like Rosie did. I can definitely see why he's the manager. Thank you so much Luke! Your personal service was a 5 star experience for me!
I don't want everyone to avoid Belvoir from this review. However, Rosie Collins is not the kind of employee I would want to represent my business. As a customer I would NEVER want to work with her again! If you get her just know I warned you.

Belvoir is worst agency ever:
- they haven't helped me in case of emergency
- a wheel from my cycle was stole because they haven't arranged repairing of main gate(it should be locked)
- it took 3 months to repair washing machine
- they don't manage the building properly so you may here fire alarm(when battery get uncharged) for a weeks
- their maintenance portal doesn't work at all
- they don't help you in any way with suppliers and insurances
- they can don't respond you for a week

Ashley Humphrey was the Property Manager assigned to us. - We found him to epitomise everything we believe in when delivery exceptional service.

Booked a viewing for a property. Had a phone call on the morning of the viewing to confirm that I still wanted to see the property I said yes. I went to the property at the confirmed time and no one was there. I rang them to be told that their colleague said that I was no longer interested in viewing the property and I had to explain that wasn’t the case and hadn’t been said and I still wanted to view it. The lady on the phone said she would speak to her colleague and put the phone down without saying bye. The viewing was rearranged for an hour later which was handy as I travelled a long way for it. I turned up to the viewing the second time for the lady to not even have the key. Totally unprofessional and in my opinion unbothered. She did offer to go and get the key from the office and be back in 10-20 minutes but I was viewing other properties and the lack of organisation and care made me uninterested to deal with the agency.

My landlord switched from the old agency to this stupid one, and when I moved to a new address, they gave me half of the deposit, without any proofs or something. They charged me 100£ for rear garden cleaning (the work that was needed would have taken about 10 min grass scissors cut!), but instead the landlor build a fence on my money! Belvoir except being polite, they can't be trusted. They were asking me to offer them pictures of how the house was before, which is annoying. Doesn't look like a professional agency, but more like thiefs. I left the house in very good shape, but there was some cleaning needed at the window rubbers, so they charged me 150£ for that!!!! They didn't even knew how the house looked when I moved in 4 years ago. So DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Very good service. Fast and reliable. We were lucky to have Michelle Gordon handling our case as she made the transition as smooth as you can ask for. Our situation was quite different as we were moving from Wales into a new property in Peterborough, having lived abroad before that. Our queries were always answered in the shortest time. Our payments were always confirmed immediately after they've been received. The contracts were ready in the agreed time. The handling of bills and insurance was done so fast for us, which allowed for an easy and enjoyable move-in. Very happy with the apartment and very happy we chose Belvoir Peterborough. The team are communicative, knowledgeable and friendly. However vacancy rates and especially maintenance charges are extremely high, so as a landlord there is much more hands on involvement than one may expect.

Below average at best and I wouldn't use them if I had a choice in the matter. The property we moved into is lovely but the processes and staff we dealt with at Belvoir were mostly incompetent and couldn't care any less about tenants less if they tried.
I only wrote this review because they sent me a request to do so after finally refunding me the money they owed, which was significantly late and was very challenging to receive back.
Wasn't all bad but mostly it felt like I was banging my head against a wall to move a step forward with these guys.

Absolute joke! I called them during the week to arrange a viewing of a property they have advertised. Everything is going fine, the people seem nice enough, they confirm my viewing and we set a time. The day come, I arrive at the property 10 minutes early to have a look around before the viewing. The agreed time comes and goes, I wait and wait, nothing! I call them 3 times, every time it goes to voicemail. I know they are open so I add 141 to hide my caller I'd and sure enough they answer the phone, promptly. I explain to the person who am and that I am waiting for a viewing, the person immediately cut me off to tell me I had no viewing book and asked me to hold. I am the asked to hold each time as I am seemingly passed around as each person tell me I have no viewing as I try to explain to each one that I did indeed book an appointment and the fact that I was given the exact address of the property underlines this as it is not listed in any advert. The final person then disregards my concerns and condescending offer me a new day. These people do not care about your time, energy or feelings!

Michelle is an asset to this company. Communication was outstanding she was able to adapt to my busy schedule from sending text messages to emails. She talked me through the whole process and gave me regular updates she also signposted me to a great insurance broker with great quotations. within a week of viewing the property I'm. Unfortunately I have not had the best experience with Belvoir. when I moved into a shared accommodation through them I had read through the contract thoroughly and now laugh at them for saying they would charge me for cleaning when I left,. When I got to the property it was disgusting with mould growing on the curtains and in the bathroom, blood on the bed sheets they had left, no light bulb in my room, a broken sink, a broken window and now I have a leak in my ceiling. Nothing was done about any of this, I do hope they do not want to me clean the place and I will definitely not be going to Belvoir again. How could you rent something like this, where are the hygiene standards!

Belvoir is bad; so bad they deserve no stars. After years with them, they get worse slowly; lost backup keys, maintenance quotes madly high, charges for maintenance that don’t apply to our flat at all, not telling utilities meter readings or letting dates so I get British Gas chasing me for hundreds.
And they don’t take responsibility , try to make amends, or find out what really caused the problem so it can be stopped. Nice people by and large, but bad isn’t a good enough word for the service.

If I could rate this branch 0 stars if i could.
Absolutely appalling customer service, don't care about any of their customers, just want the money.
I'm currently in the process of hunting down a property somewhere in Peterborough because Belvoir first of all got our move in dates mixed up, supposed to be 3 months away to which we signed papers for, then got a phone call changing to 1 month away, to then 2 weeks later receiving next to no communication on any progress of referencing despite paying all fees & deposits. To then be told after I made contact myself to find out what was going on that the tenant had retracted their notice and we couldn't have the property anymore.
I was then told that they were on a mission to find us a property as soon as they could, but this was over a week ago and I've heard nothing since.
Rude staff who couldn't care less about our perspective on anything, unsupportive knowing we were first timers at renting and had no clue what we were doing! I would advise anyone to stay well clear and not bother giving them a chance at all.

I would recommend using Belvoir. I am using Belvoir for the past 18 months and recently moved to a new property through Michelle Gordon, who was very helpful, informative and provided great assistance throughout the process.
Generally, the whole team is friendly, polite and helpful.
My only remark is: They can be a bit more organised and can communicate more with each other!

This branch of Belvoir is terrible. Don't be fooled by their low charges if you want to rent a house out. Apparently when you call the person you need to talk to is never there but they will call you back ???? Best of all when your tenant doesn't pay or refuses to leave they pass everything on to Sharman&Quinney and say they're not helping you anymore. Dealing with these people is stressful and always frustrating.

I have used 8 different letting agencies in the past 10 years and Belvioir is the worst by a significant margin. Incredibly poor communication and rude and uncooperative staff is a company policy designed in order to frustrate and exasperate clients, with the sole objective of Belvior skimming as much money as possible for themselves. Shockingly bad. Its a shame you can't rate zero stars

BELVOIR went out of their way to make sure our whole process end to end was completely well managed. We had a few issues on our side but the helpful can do attitude made everything so much easier. The step by step approach allowed us to really understand what we needed to do at each step and flexibility with an earlier move date really helped us.
The person that really made the experience was Kayleigh Prowen. She was on hand from our first contact to checking everything was ok after our move. An absolute shining example of how proper customer service should be done and a real asset.

We've been having problems with another tenant (house share), listening to loud music at 2 in the morning, banging the doors during the night, stealing a fridge that was supposed to be used by everybody in the house. All of these has been reported to belvoir multiple times by several tenants and absolutely nothing was done. This had been going on for 3 months now. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

We have been extremely happy with Belvoir since assigning them with responsibility for our rental property in Stilton. The process between agent and landlord is very clear and straightforward. All staff are professional and responsive with expert knowledge.
Belvoir quickly identified a tenant, they perform regular inspections with written follow up and all financial statements are on time and complete.

Absolutely disgraceful service! We were lied to about the property in the first instance telling us that it was like for like in comparison to another one we viewed... it was quite the opposite. Now one month since we left and no deposit back although we've been granted a full refund. Only now after chasing for the 5th time, we have to go to the landlord, even though they were sending a cheque last week to us? Diabolical. Will never use Belvoir again.

I rented a flat in may 2015 everything was brilliant untill winter came when mould and damp started to come in the bedroom and behind the front door, I got blamed for it saying there wasn't enough heat in the flat might I add there was no central heating only 2 rubbish heaters and they also said it was my tumble dryer causing it so I got rid of it and of course I struggled to get my clothes dry properly since no sun light came into my flat either!, I threatened the landlord and said I would go to citizens advice if the problem was not resolved so he got a contractor out to look the property who confirmed it wasn't my fault! But because the work that needed carrying out was going to cost a bit he refused to do it and then handed me a section 21 ( eviction notice)!! He has now rented the property again but for an extra £70 a month (£595pcm)which is most definitely not worth it for a really small damp flat!!. But I cannot fault belvoir they were really good and professional I would rent through them again.

We have found Belvoir to be a very professional company. The staff have been very helpful and prompt in replying and dealing with any query we have.
We chose Belvoir after being let down with our previous lettings agent, who really was not looking out for our interest and we are very happy to have Belvoir restore our confidence in management agents once more.
I would recommend Belvoir to anyone that may be considering a professional letting agent to manage their property.

I am so surprised that Belvoir keep sending me this link to review them when it has just been one disaster after another since I moved in.
I just wonder if the landlord knows any of what has happened here.
I had only been in for 2 days when I was informed the property was going on the market...9 months later and none of the agents have been able to sell it yet I continue to let them in week after week even whilst I am away at work and time after time something goes wrong or gets broken.
Just last week I arrived home after being away 3 weeks and the electricity had magically been switched off... leaving my flat crawling with maggots and flies and freezer full of rotting meat... of course how can I can I prove it was the agents who admitted to being in the flat... after all, myself and them are the only ones on planet earth with keys... keys which were only changed recently... as they had lost the first set after using them for another of the issues that have been ongoing.
So, pretty bizarre they keep asking me to review them on here, but as always with Belvoir, I do as I am asked and just remain baffled.

I wish there was a 0 rate. The service in this company is extremely poor, everything was okay but once they have taken my deposit everything just turned around.
I recently moved out the property and had my inspection, Belvoir has tried to do everything to keep our deposit.
there was a hole behind one of the bedroom doors prior to when we moved. This I believe caused by the fact that there was no door stopper, I pointed this out back when we moved in and someone came, looked at it but never got back in touch with me. Now we are getting charged for someone elses previous damage. On top of that I tried to call in and complain they promised a call back twice never got one back, and a person called Nikki from Belvoir was giving us very poor customer service she was extremely rude on the phone she would debate with myself and say this is MY fault for not chasing this issue even thought I done what I had to do which is let them know.
I am very angry, I wish I listened to my friends/family when they said not to go with Belvoir in the first place!!
NOW WE ARE £300 OUT THE POCKET BECAUSE BELVOIR DECIDED TO BLAME US ON SOMEONE ELSES DAMAGE!!!!

they are evicting me from a shared accomodation because they have had noise complaints from next door, they wouldnt belive me when i said it wasnt me making the noise, so i had each member of the household write a letter too back this up say im a good resident and that it wasnt me making the noise but when i told them this they said its too late for that now, since my eviction i have found new properties to move into but no other letting agences trust me as belvoir have given me a bad reference, its a shame because i gave up my flat too live in a shared accomodation so i would be closer to college, but now i am homeless and living in a tent, ive had too sell all my possesions as i dont trust keeping them in the tent, they have ruined my life and i havent done a thing wrong. Belvoir lettings, cruel to be cruel, kind to be decieving!

Having given Belvoir an initially negative review on here, I am now pleased to say that the experience has improved massively and thus the revised rating of 4 star. After initial problems dealing with more junior staff my purchase has been assigned to Lottie who is an absolute professional. She is quick to repond, highly knowledgable (even in areas outside of her remit such as conveyancing process which is super helpful), and keeps me in the loop at all times. I am very pleased with the service

My advice is STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY if you are a landlord. Our property was left in a terrible state of repair and they fail to get back to you on issues raised. I agree with the person below me... DONT TRUST THEM!!!!
