Terrible service, from people who are not attentive and do not care. had to sell the house privately and then then went legal for a fee they did not earn, as they had taken the house off rightmove etc and did not keep in contact with the buyer, lawyers or anyone. Lesson is to read the fine details of estate agents contracts... Read more

Both the experiences have been great and Charters have always stood out in terms of the service quality they offer (esp compared to other agencies). Tom in particular has been very helpful throughout the process from managing the sales negotiation to sales progression and has always been approachable and very responsive with regards to any questions we had.
