Sadly ,despite clairs excellent knowledge I was unable to proceed as the surrounding properties did nothing to enhance the superb property on sale. . My wife and I had a meeting with the Connells mortgage adviser Ali.
I took a call from Ali the day before the meeting. In the 5 minute conversation I could tell that she new what she was talking about and more importantly she was someone we could trust to make sure we got the best mortgage deal.
I have a background in Financial Services my wife does not. I asked Ali to go over the mortgage process with my wife to make sure she understood everything. I sat and listened to the conversation and was impressed with how clearly Ali talked about the process and explained all of the terms.
