I have to say Cornell’s have been amazing through out our house sale. It proved far trickier than we could have thought when we embarked on this - several sales fell through, through no fault of the estate agent and they helped manage the house and its belongings, as I was selling from a distance. They went over and above to keep me informed as to what was going on and when there was a difficult situation only 2 days before completion, they handled it with absolute professionalism and care. Many thanks in particular to Claire, who was outstanding. When things are going well, estate agents just do their job, but there are not many that really put themselves out like this office has, when something unforeseen happens!! I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

From start to finish could possibly be the worst service we have experienced. Had no communication right until the move date. We had to chase them for everything and they still couldn't be bothered to sort it out. Please also do not use the lawyers they recommend they are even worse. Stay away!!!

Slightly concerned at the lack of communication with us since we put our house on the market. No proper feedback on viewings and when requested a price decrease on line it wasn’t actioned on the first request then actioned on the second but got the price wrong. Not a great start

Chloe is the best mortgage advisor ever and one stop service for all other things during a house purchase like insurance, conveyancing etc. She is very helpful, friendly and kind. She was with us in every step of purchase even if it was not related to mortgage. We sincerely believe that we have been very lucky to find her and Connells. We had never dealt with such a friendly, professional, kind & caring estate agent until Chelsea showed us around our dream home!
We were not seen as a number or pound sign but people looking for a family home, and Chelsea was patient, helpful, honest and listened to our needs.
Chelsea has been outstanding from start to completion and her communication has been second to none throughout.

Emma, the mortgage advisor at Connells, is a breath of fresh air. Not only does she take the strain of purchasing a property, she uses plain English and is very informative whilst finding me the best deal.
She is currently helping with my mortgage application and mortgage protection products.
Great service from a great lady.
Won't use anyone else.

Connells Estate Agents in Romsey, or more specifially, Claire, was the saving grace of 2022. My home had been on the market for over eight months when it was taken on by Connells. By that time i'd become fraught with anxiety and stress. Claire not only assisted me as an agent - successfully selling my home - but calmed me down, on a human level. Her genuine care is a credit to the Romsey branch. Well done.
