Throughout every setback, Vicky was a constant source of reassurance. Not only is she incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but she's also genuinely friendly, approachable and personable. You never feel like just another client—she truly cares and goes above and beyond to make what is a very stressful process as smooth as possible.
