They kept us informed before and after all viewings and we had quite a few before we found our buyer but always felt they maintained an enthusiasm and commitment to the job. 21st Jul 2026 (14 days ago)I have had a fantastic experience with the staff at Mann 15 Centre Way, Locks Heath, Hampshire, SO31 6DX. Lauren the first contact I had with them could not of been kinder after the loss of my mother and took her time to explain things to me so that I could understand the sale of mum's property. It was put on the market at an agreed price and was sold within 48 hours and from start to completion was just under 3 months. Laura Sales manager has kept us informed on every stage of the sale the rest of the staff in the office have always been helpful and we can not fault the service we got the property is now sold and new owner moving in. I can only thank them all for a great service and I will recommend them to anyone who has a property to sale or rent out and if your buying go look in the window and pop in they will help you.

Good prompt valuation, marketed very well online and in a printed brochure with good photos and text. The property was under offer in less than two weeks on the market. Professional handling of the offer and follow up since then has also been extremely good. Communication throughout has been friendly and very clear.
