They always help to sort any issue or talk/explain any query I have regarding the letting procedure, and I ask a lot of questions. If you are thinking of letting your property out, pop in and ask for Fran or Olivia they are both great, and i'm sure they will be happy to help.
15th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Unprofessional, inconsiderate and disrespectful. Definitely avoid this agency if you are property searching in the South West of England. They will discard your application for a property without even notifying you, which is extremely selfish when their clients are most likely enquiring about multiple different properties in hopes of securing one. Disgraceful - avoid at all costs

Richard and his team were fantastic from start to finish, and Richard was crucial in pushing to get everything over the line in time. Very responsive and always kept me in the loop - 100% would recommend and if I ever decide to go through the buying/selling process again, I’ll be back!
4th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)Very impressed with the service I received from Winkworth in Winchester. Every aspect of the process so far has been excellent. Good prompt valuation, marketed very well online and in a printed brochure with good photos and text. The property was under offer in less than two weeks on the market. Professional handling of the offer and follow up since then has also been extremely good. Communication throughout has been friendly and very clear.

Special mentions to Lucy, Cheryl and Helen who were all superb, actively keeping me in the loop and chasing everything possible to get my sale through with ease, in what hasn't been the easiest market. I would recommend Manns and Manns to anyone looking to take a property to market.

From start to finish, she has been absolutely incredible.<br><br>My sale fell through twice due to issues further down the chain with my buyer's buyer, and just when we thought we were finally there, the solicitor made the whole process even more stressful. Throughout every setback, Vicky was a constant source of reassurance. Her communication was outstanding—I was always kept up to date, she was proactive, and she was always available to answer my questions.<br><br>Not only is she incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but she's also genuinely friendly, approachable and personable. You never feel like just another client—she truly cares and goes above and beyond to make what is a very stressful process as smooth as possible.<br><br>Without Vicky's determination, patience and support, I honestly don't think I would have made it through this journey with my sanity intact! 10th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We would have no hesitation in recommending Jack and his team. Our house sold within 2 weeks because in our opinion it was priced correctly. A WhatsApp group was set up so we were all in the loop as the move progressed, this was great for information about viewings too. If we had any questions we messaged and Jack or Robin answered promptly. The 5 stars are well deserved as friendliness and professionalism goes a long way, Fairmonts have both of these and more. Not sure we will move again but if we did we would be calling them 100%.
