However, communication between exchange and completion was very stressful and difficult as I appeared to do all the chasing to finalise the property sale.

Helen was knowledgeable, helpful and professional in arranging the valuation, photos and listing. Nick battled to ensure that I got the best possible price whilst keeping a realistic approach and guiding me through the process. From start to finish, she has been absolutely incredible.<br><br>My sale fell through twice due to issues further down the chain with my buyer's buyer, and just when we thought we were finally there, the solicitor made the whole process even more stressful. Throughout every setback, Vicky was a constant source of reassurance. Her communication was outstanding—I was always kept up to date, she was proactive, and she was always available to answer my questions.<br><br>Not only is she incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but she's also genuinely friendly, approachable and personable.
