Had the most horrific experience with this agent. Totally unprofessional. Promised us the house twice. On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Emily was exceptional and went above and beyond to find us somewhere . Everyone was kind realistic and honest .our dream home came back on the market at the 11th hour so our search ceased.
