22nd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)When choosing Avon, communication between myself and Avon, and between Avon and potential buyers was top of my priority. The director was great and didn't great sales pitch. After that communication wasnt great, messages between staff weren't passed on. Information of who to contact after agreeing a sale wasnt clear and the 2 viewers who made offers came after my husband showed them around the house. All in all not the best experience from us. The team however are always polite and friendly.

Sold my moms home, Tom & the team were professional, respectful and always there.
I cannot recommend Johnson’s enough, we were also slightly out of the evesham/pershore area but that didn’t effect anything negatively
23rd Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)A genuine trusted partner for landlords. Fantastic advice and service from Rob and Phoebe. I highly recommend Belvoir Evesham.
19th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Sarah Garland was the agent and from the very start I had confidence in her.
Nothing was too much trouble. I was selling the house on my own and she was very helpful and kind throughout something you don't always find with an Estate Agent.
