31st Dec 2024 (17 days ago)The viewings were carried out, in the main, by accompanied viewers rather than the sales team which I was not advised of at the beginning of the process which meant limited connection was made between any potential buyers and the sales team. Feedback and response to queries was slow and I often felt I was chasing the team.

Nothing was a problem and they were always happy to answer questions and give advice about the process.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

From the initial appraisal, I appreciated their candid approach. They produced fantastic marketing material which really helped to set the property apart from the competition. Jonathan provided invaluable advice when it came to assessing offers, helping me to arrive at one that was proceedable . They successfully managed sales progression of a time pressured chain, ensuring a successful outcome for all stakeholders, I could not recommend their services more highly and would not hesitate to use their services in future.- 14th Dec 2024 (5 weeks ago)I am very pleased with the service I received from Helen. 18th Mar 2024 (9 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
7th Nov 2024 (10 weeks ago)Rented a property though Walker Singleton from March 2022. Sam Weatherill was a pleasure to deal with and made the process straightforward. Sam was quick to answer any queries and promptly rectified any issues we had during our tenancy. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam as a lettings agent.

15th Dec 2024 (5 weeks ago)Cait and Chris we very professional and friendly. They always replied quickly to any emails and promptly returned phone calls. Nothing was too much trouble, anything we asked or suggested was done instantly, nothing was too much trouble and they did their best to sell our property.
20th Mar 2024 (9 mo. ago)Fantastic customer service for both myself and viewers. 8am to 9pm calls answered and dealt with quickly. I never imagined an estate agent would be so helpful in every area of selling my house; and my expectations are high. The cost was less than half everyone else quoted me.

Our viewing was with Eleanor - she was honest, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy in the slightest. From offer to completion we were looked after by Beth who was brilliant and patient - would 100% recommend!
