They work so well as a team that everyone is well informed and each of them is equally able to assist with any queries. 27th Feb 2025 (16 weeks ago)Honestly can’t recommend this company enough. Elliot, was absolutely outstanding, nothing was too much trouble, he went above and beyond and helped me so much. Incredibly grateful for all of his hard work, our many phone calls and email exchanges, the extra work he put in to make sure the sale went through in time. Same can be said for Peter and Robert, who I also dealt with. The three of them were truly excellent, I would never use another estate agent in the area. You will not find another estate agent that provide you with the level of service these guys offer, it is so much more than finding a buyer or tenant, they’ll do anything to help you out and make things less stressful. Thank you again, the three of you really are the best estate agents I could have hoped for.
16th Sep 2023 (1 year ago)Norgans have great knowledge of the Hitchin property market and whilst their valuation was markedly different from the other agents we approached , their valuation proved to be far more realistic . Excellent communication throughout the process despite deteriorating market conditions and a house close to the railway line that put off several viewers
2nd Mar 2019 (6 years ago)As an estate agent they have been really good property sold in two weeks and they helped with everything along the way. They are friendly helpful and offer good advice. I would say though the conveyancing is not worth the extra money nearly £2000 more than most the others and have not done anything spectacular to justify that additional cost.

26th Jun 2021 (3 years ago)If you are selling your house in the Arlesey area, in my opinion, you would be mad not to use Gothic Estates. They not only have the lowest fees they give by far the best service of any estate agent I have ever bought or sold with. I never had to chase them once for information, they were always keeping us up to date throughout the process. I can honestly say if it were not for them chasing solicitors up and down our chain there is either a good chance our chain would have fallen apart or we would have moved many, many, weeks later than we did. From great pragmatic advice to open and honest conversations it has been a pleasure to work with Gothic Estates throughout the process they are an example to the industry and a rare gem.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
31st Mar 2025 (11 weeks ago)Express agency. Took a long time to advertise my property. Poor quality viewers and don’t seem to be vetted properly, had to provide Own photos and deal with viewings myself and yet charged the 1.5% commission rate. Valuation completely innacurate and had to lower the price twice due to unfamiliarity of the local market. Never will i go for an online estate agency based in the north. That aspect of it should not be allowed. Potentially wasted 2 months of mortgage without rent due to poor level of standards from EXpress Agency. Had my house to sell as well and told them outright, I would never consider them again.- 8th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)Scott has been excellent throughout the whole sale process. Fantastic effort.
