Everything went smoothly, and we always felt that we were kept informed and supported throughout the process.<br><br>Special thanks to Paula, who was absolutely brilliant. She was so kind, approachable and easy to communicate with, and was always happy to help whenever we had a question or needed anything. She made the whole process much easier and more enjoyable for us. We really appreciated all her help and would definitely recommend her.

The process wasn't easy (a lot of bumps in the road) but Rosie was proactive and reassuring and we got there in the end! The rest of the team are great, and Naomi also went above and beyond when I had a issue. Thanks so much team!

From keeping me up to date with what is going on with the sale, solicitors to answering any and all questions I have had. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

Joshua was really well informed about the local area and had the perfect plan of action to find the right buyers, multiple offers and achieved over asking. The portal and updates for viewings worked well for us this was seamless. Jake was also great in giving us help when it came to navigating the offers and next steps. The team kept in touch throughout the progress of the sale and we felt like everything was kept on track. The team were all friendly and enthusiastic throughout which was much appreciated. Thank you!

Vicki and Helen have supported us through the process and been instrumental in making it quick and straightforward. They had viewers lined up before our house went on the market resulting in it selling on the day it went live!<br><br>Family members had also recently made a purchase through VLS, and we had been extremely impressed with the professionalism and knowledge Helen had when showing that property.<br><br>We made use of the complementary mortgage advice from VLS Mortgages and Kirsty has been brilliant, providing all the advice we needed and quickly updating our mortgage offer when rates briefly came down. Charlotte was also great in explaining our life insurance options and securing the policy for us.<br><br>We would not hesitate in recommending VLS to anyone looking to sell their property!
3rd Sep 2026 (25 days ago)So we bought and sold through W/E and what a roller-coaster!<br>The process of buying a house in England remains an absolutely travesty of daftness with a huge life change dictated by most things out of your control. I think I may have aged throughout the process but James, Kess and Morgan has kept us on the rails and supported with clear communication and guidance throughout. I think I don't really like estate agents, but in truth to get a team of people that communicate well, support you through a process and possibly provide a level of fun when things are tricky is maybe what the world needs. I like this team. Would I recommend them - Yes!
