12th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)It was an unfortunate start and things did go wrong but luckily we eventually sold the house for a reasonable price thanks to lots of help from Savills who stayed with us. It got very stressful at times because of delays etc. Would recommend this company of course.
8th Feb 2025 (15 weeks ago)Nice and Friendly Team at Compass Elevation, as anyone can imagine buying our first home is very daunting but a few members of the team really helped us along the way and deserve recognition - firstly Jacob he was kind,professional and helpful during our process. We wanted to give a very special mention to Lauren Stack; an absolute credit to the team, she answered all our emails instantly, not only professionally but like a friend and giving us updates regularly. Credit where credit is due and she defiantly deserves a lot of recognition for her absolute dedication in progressing our sale. Thank you
23rd Nov 2024 (26 weeks ago)We have recently sold our house and bought our forever home using Jackson- stop! We found Jackson- stop a proactive and professional estate agent to with. Anthony especially who we mainly delt with was always available to talk too, and did everything he could to keep everyone in the chain happy. All staff had a friendly manor, emails and phone calls always being returned promptly.

7th Apr 2025 (6 weeks ago)I had the pleasure of dealing with Jon, Lee and Caitlin. All of who were fantastic, Jon in particular updated me pretty much every day whilst we tried to navigate a tricky purchase. Unfortunately due to the seller wasting time we wasn’t able to purchase it however Jon and his team did everything right and everything they could their side. Just came down to a waste of time seller. Would highly recommend satchells to anyone though!

Unfortunately both of my parents had been through a very difficult time in hospital while trying to sell their bungalow ,but Phil was an absolute star, going that extra mile to do whatever he could to help the family at a very traumatic time. 13th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)We would highly recommend Country Properties, Shefford, to anyone looking to sell their home. The whole process was exceptionally well managed from our initial sale, right through to our exchange of contracts. The whole Country Properties team were polite and informative when we called and always followed through on calls backs and actions as promise. Steph and the team were instrumental in keeping our chain informed and worked tirelessly to move the chain forwards. Steph and her team made such an impact on our chain that others in the chain commented on their excellent service and hard work! Moving house is never easy, but I can honestly say that the support we received from Country Properties got us through the process and we are extremely grateful. Country Properties and the whole team were by far the best estate agent we have ever used and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
13th Dec 2024 (23 weeks ago)Communication - I was always chasing Connells for feedback and status updates. It took a week for me to find out why an offer fell through. It was never clear what their strategy was when we had issues selling our property. Advertising - the photos were not good quality. They were washed out, distorted and didn't reflect the size of our property. I also noticed our listing wasn't on Onthemarket.com which seemed like a real miss. Viewings - we had 20+ viewings in 3 months but only 2 offers. They were allowing people who hadn't even sold their property to view ours which was a total waste of time. Complete lack of strategy.

The experience was second to none, from the original quote to the day of completion. Fantastic communication and always a pleasure to speak to. Special shout out to James who dealt with the majority of back and forth. 5/5 would recommend.

22nd Apr 2025 (29 days ago)Feedback from a recent house transaction using Stonegate Estate Agents Hitchin. We had an unusual period property that was classed as a difficult property to sell according to the other agents that visited the house. They weren’t wrong, there were multiple issues to overcome with title deeds, condition reports and development opportunities. From the first meeting, Kevin from Stonegate’s knew exactly how to market the property, who would be the likely buyers, and the actions required to get the house in a position to market the house. His years of experience and knowledge was obvious compared to the other agents we met with. We placed the house on the market with Stonegate and was introduced to Anne who would be selling the property and carrying out the viewing. Anne’s went to great lengths to understand the house, the issues and the potential the house had, this made all the difference. Each viewer was told of the history of the house and the potential of the property, she was instrumental in gaining viewings and offers on the property and ultimately securing a buyer. Anne and Keith worked with the buyer and their team and me to overcome the obstacles and challenges and provided outstanding service and professionalism. The regular feed back from Anne and Keith was spot on each time, prompt and insightful. Honestly, if you are looking for and agent and want that professional approach and expertise then look no further. I highly recommended them as a team.

Their professionalism, service, attentiveness, responsiveness and attention to detail is more than I ever thought I'd get from them as letting agents. They put in effort with viewings and found a great tenant for my house. I'd advise any landlord going with them. There is a reason why they have the best Google reviews of any lettings agent in Stevenage!

He was very responsive and he’s answered all our questions. We are beyond grateful for his dedication to his work and for helping us to get the mortgage and to find our perfect home. From start to finish they were very helpful and created an attractive, professional presentation of the property.
