1st Jul 2024 (26 days ago)Great assistance from Miller Town and Country. The Agent who met me, was early for the viewing which worked well as I was early too. There was no pressure from them at all and highlighted the very positive aspects of the property. However, it was not quite for me. Nonetheless, the Agents took details of my requirements and sent through further properties for me to consider.

Knight Frank - Excellence with the highest possible professional standards of integrity, trust and genuine care delivered by their Exeter Office team– notably Florence, Racheal, Leonie, Rebecca. In fact, the whole team. They found us two suitable buyers within a week! Their conduct was exemplary in terms of communicating, empathy, reassuring and reality – an estate agency which genuinely understands the emotions and needs of people as well as the practical aspects of selling homes. They are second to none – ‘Knights to be trusted' - professional decent agents who can effectively secure a sale with the least amount of stress. 24th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)A great team effort from Kivells in Bude that made every aspect of the sale of our property simple and relatively stress-free. Very professional advice, personable and friendly service, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. A few stand-out examples: Jack helped greatly with initial marketing advice, the creation of the sales particulars, progressing the viewings and ultimately negotiating our sale with the buyer. The drone footage was great, a side of the property we’d never seen! Sharron was amazing in her role as Sales Progressor, acting as the key between all the parties in our sales chain. Everything was properly kept in control and she really made sure our interests were strongly protected, particularly when we had difficulties finding a local property to rent whilst our new-build is completed. I don’t think we would have been able to solve the problems without her expert help. Absolutely a key aspect of the process! Communications and guidance were regular, clear and helpful. Any questions we had were answered quickly and fully. Mark and his team all pulled together and ensured everything went smoothly. I have no hesitation recommending Kivells as a go-to agent for selling a property, service and staff are first class, thank you all!

We were kept informed every step of the way from viewings to offers and were always given good advice. Stags were willing to go the extra mile by checking on the property as we live some hours away and they even did the final meter readings for us - most appreciated! The staff were always welcoming whether in person or over the phone and we would highly recommend them.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.
