From the very beginning we knew that they were the right Estate Agents for us. They are knowledgeable about property, the area, advertising and the whole conveyancing process. As soon as the house was advertised we had viewings and offers. We immediately felt they were doing a great job for us and they have been friendly and supportive throughout. Thank you for all your hard work.
1st Apr 2025 (19 days ago)A first class all round service from Bond Oxborough, Bude. Alex carried out the initial appraisal and valuation, very personable, professional and thorough market knowledge. Knew potential buyers straightaway, different to most estate agents who today just rely on the property portals. Demonstrated great skill finding a buyer before the property went on the open market, although this sale did not proceed, which was no fault of Alex's. A new buyer was secured within a few weeks, after a series of viewings ably carried out by Beth who provided excellent communication, help and feedback at all times. After Beth found a buyer, Tracy handled the sales progression effectively to ensure completion took place to meet the deadlines of all in the chain. The best service I have received from the many estate agents, in different parts of the country, I have dealt with over the last 4-5 years. I therefore wholeheartedly recommed Alex and his team.

Isabel Clifton came and looked around the property, she was punctual and very professional with a friendly attitude. Isabel had a good grasp of the market and how to market the property in a difficult housing market. Isabel and her team provided good helpful advice and had an excellent knowledge of marketing our property. Their whole approach was professional, from valuing the property, to producing the particulars and photographs, to arranging the viewings and showing the potential purchasers around the property and achieving a good sale price that I was very happy with. He consistently chased the conveyancers, sellers and us to make sure things were progressing on time and kept both parties updated with regular calls, ensuring everyone was in the loop. Their proactive approach really helped move things forward. We have bought and sold few properties in the past, but their service is by far the best I have experienced so far. Highly recommend their services!

Becky was very helpful and accommodating with the follow-up viewing, and I found everyone at Regency really easy to deal with when I needed them. I'm grateful for the friendly and professional service and support received throughout my house purchase and wouldn't hesitate to use Regency again in the future.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. Always quick to respond and incredibly helpful way above and beyond. Our solicitors were very poor and their comms terrible, if it hadn't been for Jackie our purchase might well have fallen through. I would not hesitate to recommend Kivells to a buyer or seller. 11/10.

All the way through the process from first viewing, making offer, visiting for measurements Will has been amazing. The team has always responded to any queries quickly as possible when raised. They even managed to get hold of our estate agents when they failed to respond to us directly. All of the service was above and beyond and would highly recommend for anyone buying or selling a property. As for Will he went above and beyond for us visited many different properties and was always available when needed.

Ollie was great helping me get on the market and Curtis was terrific to work with on selling Northview on my behalf, he really did seem to go that extra mile! Both were good on progressing the buying of my new property and all the other GTH staff I spoke to also always helpful.

He was clear and informative throughout the selling process and went to great lengths to deal with the prospective purchasers personally for us which saved us much stress.
