Bond Oxborough at Holsworthy were the estate agents handled the property we were buying. Both my husband and I felt they were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We wanted to view the property a number of times throughout the buying process and they were always willing to book us in without any issues. We particularly wanted to mentipn Holly, who was brilliant and ensured she kept us updated throughout.

We decided to sell our house at the end of 2023 as we had found the house we wanted. Catherine came round and was very personable and helpful. we agreed to ask BOP to sell the property having discussed with other agents. The property was well targeted and ended up with a acceptable offer after only a few days. Unfortunately the purchase we wanted fell through because of the survey. BOP manage the situation with our buyer very well with Holly being extremely helpful in keeping the buyer and us informed of progress. Ultimately we found our new house through BOP Okehampton Office and achieved offer to exchange in just 46 days. Very well done by everyone. Thank you for your help and best wishes to all the staff who answered my and less phone calls with politeness and professionalism

Bond oxborough holsworthy were extremely helpful and kind. I can’t think of any faults, they were informative with clear communication as well as being kind and supportive. Special shoutouts to Becky and Holly who I felt gave such a personal approach it felt like I was working with a friend. We viewed about 5 other properties before speaking with bond oxborough and I can confidently say that bond oxborough offer much more of a friendly and professional service. Fantastic service from Bond Oxborough Phillips Holsworthy for our sale and purchase. Mat was really helpful when advising on selling our property and kept us in the loop with properties coming on the market that might be of interest. Cat was fantastic at the initial viewing, really knowledgable and was able to answer all our questions. Holly in sales progression couldn't have been more helpful keeping us up to date with the progress and on the phone whenever we had a question. The rest of the team who carried out viewings were always really pleasant and were quick with giving us feedback. Highly recommend.

I purchased through BoP , moving from Bath. There were a lot of frustrating occurrences along the way but none of these were in any way to do with BoP, they couldn't have done more to help and reassure. From start, dealing with Chardonnay and Catherine to progression and completion dealing with Holly it was a pleasure to have them as a point of call, they were always willing to assist and go the extra mile to get the move completed within the earliest possible timescale .
