We decided to sell our house at the end of 2023 as we had found the house we wanted. Catherine came round and was very personable and helpful. we agreed to ask BOP to sell the property having discussed with other agents. The property was well targeted and ended up with a acceptable offer after only a few days. Unfortunately the purchase we wanted fell through because of the survey. BOP manage the situation with our buyer very well with Holly being extremely helpful in keeping the buyer and us informed of progress. Ultimately we found our new house through BOP Okehampton Office and achieved offer to exchange in just 46 days. Very well done by everyone. A fantastic Estate Agents!. All the staff are lovely, work extremely hard on your behalf, they are always at the end of the phone or call you back as soon as they can. They don't shy away from contacting you even if it's bad news and do everything they can to solve any problems. They are honest, friendly and very experienced.
They also go so far as to hand you an amazing 'moving in box' containing all you need to keep you going on moving in day, from chocolate to toilet rolls!
