No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.
10th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.
13th Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)Easy to deal with, friendly knowledgeable staff. Michaela was enthuastic about us getting a good price for the house. Viewings were dealt with by agent, kept us updated. Offer accepted in less than a week. Very Happy. Definately the right choice.

19th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)They provided a detailed analysis of the property when they came to view originally. They gave a fair valuation and offered free photographs and drone shots. They kept sending messages about viewings and the feed back afterwards All great stuff but they sold a difficult property within three months.

The property was sold as “searches ready”, which made the buying process very smooth and straightforward. To be honest, the only delay during the process was due to a delay with our mortgage offer. But Sammie was always there, supportive and professional. I would especially like to thank Sammie here for all her help and support. We really can’t recommend them enough!

We had to sell our late mother’s property due to an outstanding mortgage, as her four adult children were unable to secure a mortgage to keep the home. It was a very difficult decision, but the team at LL Estate Agents were both professional and compassionate throughout. They found a buyer within just a few weeks of the property going on the market and handled everything efficiently and with great care, keeping me informed every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough for their support during such a challenging time.

20th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates.<br>Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
