2nd May 2026 (2 days ago)The Knights Property Services team have been amazing start to finish throughout the process of buying our property, and we’d highly recommend them. Joel was great at the start and really helped us kick things off to the point of buying the property. We were then handed over to Andy, who supported us the rest of the way. He was super helpful and always there to answer our questions or chase things up for us. Communication throughout was great and we were kept up to date on progress, and we always felt in safe hands. The only thing we would have improved was the length of the initial viewing, as we only had 15 minutes.
9th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)I dealt with the excellent lettings team at Hamptons, who handled my enquiry, viewing and offer very efficiently. I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.

2nd Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)We bought our house with Romans in Fleet in July 2025, after almost two years of searching and working with several agencies in different areas. Once we decided to focus on Fleet, Romans truly stood out. Special thanks to Charlie and Matthew, who were outstanding throughout the process. Communication was fast and proactive, and their support during negotiations was excellent. Thanks to their efforts, we achieved a very good price reduction, which played a key role in making the purchase happen. They were also very helpful in arranging multiple viewings to suit our needs. The only area that could be improved is the move manager role. Unfortunately, this part of the process was more stressful than helpful. Communication around completion and moving day (keys, meeting point, and next steps) was unclear and came very late, which caused unnecessary confusion. At such a critical stage, clearer guidance and better coordination would make a big difference. That said, the Romans Fleet team stepped in to resolve the issues, and overall it was a genuinely positive experience. They helped facilitate the process for both buyer and seller, avoided unnecessary obstacles, and handled negotiations in a friendly, positive, and professional way. After some very poor experiences with other agencies in Fleet, I can confidently say that Romans Fleet is one of the best agencies in the area, and I would happily recommend them.
8th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)We are just coming to the end of our sale with Winkworth and the team (Henry, Chelsea and Jamie) have all been fantastic. They stood out from the first initial consultation, when Henry listened to us and answered our questions rather than giving us a sales pitch. They are all warm, friendly, professional and responsive. They have maintained regular and frequent contact throughout which has been especially helpful during the challenging times! When we weren't getting answers from our buyer's solicitors they were always on hand to chase and provide updates. I wholeheartedly recommend Winkworth Sales and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

He was professional, friendly, dedicated and oversaw our purchase from beginning to end. He was particularly good at enabling contact with others in the chain, which was so helpful. 6th Apr 2026 (28 days ago)Avoid using their dodgy lawyers - estimate was £2.6K and total bill was £3.7K. Plus Prospect get a £500 commission from the ‘conveyancers’ for referring us. Just instruct a local law firm to act for you in a purchase/sale
19th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Outstanding Service. I have used Belvoir Tadley to market my rental properties previously and would not use anyone else. Initially meeting with Pippa to discuss the property and my requirements as a landlord, she took everything on board, was very professional and focussed on my preferences. She was always there to give me sound advice when needed and I always felt like a valued customer. The viewings were made by Barbora. She is amazing! Kept me informed, answered my emails quickly, always very friendly and very knowledgeable. I also felt that Barbora knew the kind of tenant I was looking for and gave me great advice. She went above and beyond many times and is a huge asset to Belvoir. My last tenancy was very challenging, through no fault of Belvoir's and both Barbora and Pippa worked tirelessly to get everything sorted out. I am really happy with the new tenants I have, they are just what I was looking for. We found the perfect property with Waterfords who were handling the vendor with the upmost care and professionalism. The property was above our agreed selling point and mortgage combined but thankfully with savings and top negotiations by Chris & Henry at Waterfords, we were able to secure our dream forever home and complete the purchase in March 2026. We are over the moon and thank Waterfords for liaising with solicitors and all the parties of the property chain to get the job done. Its 5 stars from us.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

From start to finish the whole team were so helpful, Justin dealt with marketing us and we sold within a week! Kathy was great and really understanding with the progression, we honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone else to make ease of such a stressful situation like moving house.
