Even though I wasn't paying them directly and I wasn't their client, they were hugely supportive, both professionally and personally when I was stressed and overwhelmed. They were so proactive and the only ones in the chain to be driving the process forward and offering constant help. I made several attempts to contact them, but unfortunately, my calls were neither answered nor returned, even after leaving voicemail messages. This was highly unprofessional. I was primarily dealing with Gavin, and regrettably, he did not respond to my messages either. Additionally, I received no follow-up after viewing the property. It gave the impression that a decision may already have been made in favour of another buyer, and that my interest was not given genuine consideration.
