I received several valuation visits but felt most at ease with Liz so put my trust in her and her team. Saxton Mee, and in particular Jill and Liz, have provided a very good service throughout. 12th Oct 2024 (15 weeks ago)We were extremely disappointed with our recent experience with Bagshaw's Estate Agents when viewing a property at Bailey's Mill in Matlock. The agent arrived 25 minutes late to our scheduled appointment, leaving us exposed to the rain. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, agents need to communicate such delays promptly. Had we not taken the initiative to contact the office, we would have been left waiting indefinitely. Furthermore, we had repeatedly inquired about the service charge associated with the property, both in advance and the day before the viewing. Despite our requests, we received no clear information. This lack of communication was frustrating and unprofessional. The property itself was appealing, but the service provided by Bagshaw's was far below our expectations. I would not recommend this agency to anyone seeking a reliable and efficient experience, both on the selling or viewing parties. We feel sorry for the vendor that such sub-par standards are being used to represent such a lovely property.

2nd Dec 2024 (8 weeks ago)We recently sold our house through Dales and Peaks and I can’t recommend them enough! Fantastic service from start to finish. Stunning photos and marketing and they agreed a sale on our house in less than two weeks. The chain had a few hiccups along the way but we still managed to complete the sale quickly with their help. Communication was amazing and the team kept me fully updated at every step. A special thank you to Hannah, Jayden and Amie for all your help and advice!
6th Aug 2024 (25 weeks ago)Phoebe was excellent. The initial experience before Phoebe was involved was a little tense as D&P got tgd house details wrong, incorrect footprint size and details, which i would have spotted if given final approval as promised before going live.

It can be quite daunting when you take a first step towards leasing a property and Nina’s professionalism, efficiency and strong communications skills were invaluable in keeping us fully informed and guided along the way.”

27th Nov 2024 (9 weeks ago)Staff are fab and really approachable. Have got everything done really quickly, we have bought and sold through them. Photos looked great & the people showing us around houses were really knowledgeable and approachable. Felt like they gave good advice when we were selling ours The only thing I’m not too keen on is their Securemove scheme where you pay £600 when your offer is accepted for the searches, which are subsequently duplicated by the solicitors, but not much you can do about it if you want to buy through them.

Our buyers said the same from their perspective. Mark in Sheffield was great at the start of the sale process too. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell in South Yorkshire!
