7th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)I had the pleasure of connecting with pointview estates but to contact them is very tedious even though they respond it takes ages even in emergencies there is no one to speak to . The customer service they provide is fine but it very disappointing you cannot reach them out of hours .I have had to now find out that my deatils have been misused by the association of these people who they are renting properties to very disappointed as this has now made me very angry.i will not use their services again as the people who they work with are thieves.Do not use these people to find property their associates are terrible and their tenants as well avoid at all costs I have learnt the hard way never again avoid!!
31st Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..

Unfortunately we were misled about improvement to the property (double glazing) and after a year misled that landlord wanted a new contract.

15th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)I have just moved my properties over to Northwood Lettings Crawley and I am extremely pleased in the manner in which the transfer and onboarding was competently carried out by Ben Pugh and his team. Letting the property out to new tenants was also really great experience as tenants were located within 4 weeks and property let out. This guys are very customer focused and I can’t praise them enough

From surprising us with the property we eventually purchased, (It would not have been a property we would naturally have been attracted to) to the post sale support and general help during a challenging and uncertain period. Having been in the market for over a year we have experienced every type of agent and I’d rate K&C in the top percentile. Thanks!
26th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Lovely hotel with a great room and comfy bed. Unfortunately the food was really unpleasant - and the service was some of the worst I’ve experienced. Shame as it has the potential to be a great place but sadly the restaurant is really atrocious. Eating there did ruin our evening as we spent so long waiting on every course - wouldn’t have minded enormously but the food was really terrible too when it did come. Would definitely stay in the hotel again but not go to the restaurant.

Clive Bradley was the primary agent.
