5th Apr 2026 (29 days ago)Came over to Batcheller Monkhouse on Saturday late morning around mid day as had an unusual day off to see someone about selling our cottage and was pretty disappointed no one there but your website says 9-1 no sign of anyone despite calling the number on website too so gave up and went elsewhere that was open. Matt.
2nd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)I let one of their employees cross the road in front of my car on Greyhound lane, SW16 yesterday. This guy decided to walk in the road, preventing me from driving and resulting in the lights turning red. This shows an arrogance and a lack of consideration for others. Don't sell your house with these (PROFANE LANGUAGE WAS CENSORED).

So helpful with giving us recommendations for contractors and arranging access so we could get the long list of surveys done for the lender. Paul has been a great bridge between us and the seller, making sure we were kept up to date through the process, as well as working closely with our agent and solicitor to ensure a smooth sale through the chain. 25th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)The whole team at K&C in Steyning were very good with us. Particularly wanted to say how impressed we were with Madi in the Steyning office. Madi is very thorough, a good communicator, and also very understanding; she has excellent people skills.
4th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)The agency were good in most respects, however they suggested dropping the price within a few weeks of the property going on the market, which made us question their original valuation. Ultimately the original valuation turned out to be pretty accurate.

8th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)I don’t often take time make reviews, but felt the need to give feedback on Garry and the wider team at Cranleigh Curchods. Garry has consistently delivered excellent service while selling my house. The sale was complex due to probate, but his depth of knowledge and availability took the stress out of any legal issues that arose. Communication was brilliant and I always felt that nothing was too much when asking for support. I would highly recommend using the team to buy or sell a property. I would like to take this final opportunity to thank Garry and the team for everything.

Jennifer and Clare at Surrey Abodes were not only very professional at all times but were also mindful of the stress I was under and never rushed me or put me under any pressure. They were kind and considerate. Clare would make sure I was update with everything and explained and advised in a way that was easy to understand. They will be honest with you about your property but there is no hard selling tactics. Surrey Abodes is a small independent Estate Agents and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

As a first-time buyer I was quite anxious about the whole process, but the team were consistently helpful, approachable and reassuring throughout. They were always on hand when I needed them and worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to keep things moving. Their advice was professional and straightforward, and they took the time to explain things properly whenever I had questions. That made a big difference and gave me a lot of confidence during what can be quite a stressful process. I’m very grateful for their support and would happily recommend Eltons to anyone buying or selling a property.

Our sale was not without problems and they went the extra mile to help solve these problems. Aaron, in particular deserves a mention, he monitored the sale daily and kept an eye on the progress and any problems that arose, so he was on them immediately.
