Frost were excellent showing empathy for the fact we had grown up in the house they were proactive and kept us informed at all stages of the process particular me notion to Jackie and Richard who we dealt with for the majority of the process.

22nd Oct 2024 (16 weeks ago)Excellent estate agents. Darren and his team were brilliant at selling our grade 2 listed property. Elmer especially, kept us informed through out the process of the sale, he was patient with us and was reassuring when we were finding things difficult. Christopher Neville's estate agent have sold three properties of mine in the past. The last one being a grade 2 listed. I thought, it might be difficult to sell but with Elmer and Darrens sales experiences there was no need, for me to worry. They did a fantastic job of selling our property.

24th Oct 2024 (16 weeks ago)One of the horrible estate agents in Hounslow that I have ever come across. They do the repairs and charge the tenants instead of the landlord. Very rude people as well. Stay away from them

6th Nov 2024 (14 weeks ago)I am still working with coopers Uxbridge for the purchase of a property , however for my first experience of buying a property the communication between myself and coopers Uxbridge especially Kayleigh has been amazing , straight forward and efficient via email!
14th Oct 2024 (18 weeks ago)i Contacted them on the same day I contacted another Estate Agent for my other flat. they had an offer in place before the other agent even had the place on the market. feedback on properties could be improved but everything else is fine

We always found Lisa approachable and easy to reach for any issues, her liaising with our landlord has been timely and fair every time and we felt safe in the knowledge that someone is looking after our interest.

14th Nov 2024 (13 weeks ago)I rented a flat in Slough through Chancellors Slough Office, entire experience from start to finish was terrible . After moving in into the flat i realized entire flat is smoke infested since a heavy smoker used to live there previously , after multiple follow ups they arranged for cleaning but cigarette smell never went away, this created health issues for me for months . After I vacated the flat it took me more then 3 months to get my deposit back which was only returned after I filed a complaint with TDS, that too with heavy deduction. Stay away if possible from this agency.

As someone who himself lives nearby, he deeply understood the local market and how best to communicate the most salable features of the property to potential bodies. I really appreciated his friendly, down-to-earth approach and constant availability, even on the weekends. Being able to rely his advice and expertise from start to finish made the whole process incredibly smooth. In the end, he was able to negotiate an offer that was significantly over the asking price. I would highly recommend him as the premier estate agents in the ‘between the commons’ area.

Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous and I felt that they always had our best interest in their mind. We especially appreciated their perseverance in selling our house that was happening in difficult market conditions, but they managed to get there at the end. They always followed up with people viewing the house and kept us updated on progress, even if there wasn't much to update on. I really wish all estate agents were like them and would thoroughly recommend them.
