30th Apr 2026 (4 days ago)We recently sold our flat through shaw and co and our entire experience has been absolutely fantastic. Sheetal Suri did the initial valuation and was very polite and informative about the market and how shaw and co would handle the process if we did choose them. Having met a few other estate agents I was convinced that this firm would be the best to go with. We landed an offer within a couple of viewings and from offer accepted to completion Jindra Lall was at hand. She was always assisting us and enabled us the close the transaction quickly. We are really pleased with our whole experience of dealing with shaw and co and would not hesitate to recommend them for any sales.
10th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)Very deceptive, do not try to buy a property with them if you value your time, they are very shady and will try to squeeze extra money from you at every chance, making up fake competing offers and telling you stories that doesn’t make any sense

Georgia maintained regular communication throughout the purchase process and provided support whenever we had queries or required additional information. She dealt with the hurdles of the process with care and showed great patience and empathy, understanding our situation as part of a chain. Kayleigh made sure our transaction does not get effected with any pauses and see's it through to end.

No question was too much as I had many with the new Laws coming in. She was always calm in her approach and always returned my calls. I also had a last min glitch and Swati was on the case straightaway and got it sorted quickly. They are rigorous in the checks and making sure everything is in place. Thank you very much and also wanted to say thank you Maryam who supported me through the process and paperwork. Great team ??????

I was very impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the two staff members I spoke to. First Saffron who helped me navigate your front door{!}, and then helped me with my enquiry, and also Dylan who helped answer some of my more detailed questions, as he had had experience with regard to these type of retirement properties. I will definitely recommend your estate agents to anyone I speak to. Handled viewings efficiently, provided completed information of property and answers all queries patiently and approachable at any time. As a first time buyer got very good support from Chancellors.

Selling a home can be stressful at the best of times, but doing so while expecting my third baby added a whole extra layer of pressure—and Shannon handled everything with incredible professionalism, care, and dedication. She worked tirelessly throughout the entire process, going above and beyond what we ever expected. What really stood out was her constant communication; she was always in touch with every estate agent in the chain, making sure things were progressing and pushing wherever needed to keep everything moving as quickly as possible. It genuinely felt like she was as invested in the sale as we were. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her reassurance and proactive approach made a huge difference during such an important and busy time in our lives. He knew everything about all the properties we went to see and the surrounding areas. Gave us good advice and made us feel at ease. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a new home.

We had a chain of 4 and to make it happen all the solicitors, estate agents and lenders had to put together to exchange on the same day. Also, on completion day key collection, removals etc was hectic. But Move Inn worked on behalf very professionally and make it happen. We'll pleased.

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
