Professional, friendly and helpful staff who go the extra mile!
property sellers please be aware of the following warning. I tried to sell my house with this agency, they undervalued the house and accepted the first alleged bid that came in saying no one else wanted to buy it. This was not true as i had a friend put a higher bid than the price just to make sure they were being honest in the sale. They were not!. They did not let me know about my friends bid, pretending they only had one buyer and using high pressured sales techniques to get me to sell. I think they were trying to sell it to a associate underpriced and then perhaps resell it 6months later or a year later at its real value, making perhaps a £10000 , £20000 or perhaps even a £30000 profit.. This is a common scam in the estate agent industry. please google 'estate agent scams' so you can be aware of the possible scamming tricks used by estate agents.
We would recommend Coopers and their team, especially since they helped sell our house in four short days. Everything happened seamlessly thanks to their brilliant work. Thank you!
Greg and Rhys in particular were very helpful during the entire process. They were approachable and friendly, answering all the questions we had in a clear manner which made this stressful process much easier. They responded almost instantaneously to any queries and requests we had, making the process move quickly and easily.
Left the lovely property we rented on Kings island 3weeks ago and no news on our deposit whatsoever. We talk about £1800, got the inventory report weeks ago, were told a few bulbs need to be replaced then the lady disappeared and can't be bothered to get back to us regarding our deposit. No reply on emails, complained over the phone and no reply on that neither. How can one lazy person (Susie Fishenden) hold back the entire deposit process? Obviously when you pay the deposit, you need to be dead sharp on the timing but how long we need to wait to get our money back??!!
Sold my house with these guys at the beginning of the year. the service was swift and very quick! thumbs up from me
Got a call from Jeremy Fisher today who disappointed me even further, not to my surprise though.
I had a feeling he would back Pooja and so he did.
He apologised for the experience I had.
Unfortunately the apology would not compensate the financial loss we incurred or the stress and anxiety this whole ordeal caused us.
He apologised that Pooja lied but also backed her up saying that she was scared, hence lied.
I pointed out and asked why Frost has double standards?
As they did not take the property off the market when our deposit was taken but as soon as we were told that the property is no longer available it clearly showed the property being no longer available.
He did not have an answer to this and instead said he wasn't aware that this happened and would get back to me on this.
He kept blowing Pooja's trumpet despite her lies and double standards!
He also said I know Pooja lied.
I'm not hiding the fact Pooja lied but I still trust her.
To top things up he said to me,
" you also lied as the landlord told me that you asked him to cut out the agents ".
This unprofessional statement of his completely frustrated me.
I said how can you take one persons word against the other?
You are calling me a liar based on what the landlord has supposedly told you?
He started stuttering and deviating form the subject.
I repeatedly asked him as to how on earth could he call me a liar based on what the landlord had told him.
He would not accept that he called me a liar but instead said that's not what he said.
This whole department is a complete bunch of unprofessional losers!
I warn you all out there to stay away from these utterly unprofessional cowboys. Oh and cow girl ????
