I can’t even express properly my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Move Inn Estate Agents. Our experience as tenants was nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, the agency demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and competence. We consistently encountered delays and negligence in fulfilling their basic responsibilities. Rent payments were always made on time, yet we were repeatedly harassed for late payments. The property we rented was in a deplorable state of repair. Despite numerous requests, the agency consistently failed to address urgent maintenance issues. We were forced to rectify most problems ourselves, including electrical faults that posed a serious risk to our family's safety. Had we not taken swift action, the consequences could have been catastrophic. They always laid the blame on the landlord stating the repairs are not done by the landlord. Upon checking with the landlord we found out the landlord was never intimated about any issues. Upon vacating the property, we were astonished to discover that they made fraudulent deductions from our deposit claiming £500 for “putting a new sink because the original one had scratches”. Their claims were entirely baseless, and their refusal to respond to our emails in a timely manner added insult to injury. I strongly advise anyone considering renting through them to think twice. Their disregard for tenant welfare was unacceptable. I’ve attached some of the comms on the reviews for everyone to see how badly organised they are.... Read more

If I could give a 0 I would have given a 0 out of 5. Their service, management and one staff member in particular were the worst. Never have I had such a bad experience with an estate agency. Chirag was the one dealing with us. Firstly every time we called he sounded like he didn’t even want to be working as if he was falling asleep on the phone. Anyways, he would tell us he would get back to us but he wouldn’t get back to us, it happened multiple times he would say he’ll get back to us by a specific time yet he didn’t, we had to keep calling for an update. Moreover, everything was accepted, was told we can tell our landlord that we are going to move and that we should get the move in date soon and the keys. So we did that. The next day or 2 in the morning we got another confirmation that we will be getting the keys soon. 2 hours later we get an email from his manager saying he can’t give us the property, due to some house rating. If an agency doesn’t have specific certifications to rent out. They shouldn’t be advertising the property to be renting out, doing checks holding our deposit to tell us on the last day they don’t have valid certifications. I definitely do not recommend this branch.... Read more
