19th Apr 2022 (2 years ago)Could not recommend this landlord at all for a domestic rental. Negligent from the get go, reported smoke alarm several times but they didn’t care to fix it. Agent at the time of entry made a note of it and did nothing putting 2 adults and 4 children at risk. If I could give zeros stars I would have, avoid at all costs. Try to use scare lingering tactics to recoup deposits, fabricating pictures that again where present before we took on the proeprty

30th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)Helen at Move2 Estate Agents, Saltcoats has been excellent in handling the sale of my parents property. They recently moved into a nursing home and I was left to sell their property. As I live offshore, this process was not easy however Helen took control and arranged everything for me, from clearing out the old furniture, arranging cleaners and showing clients around the flat, even at weekends. Her local market knowledge was excellent. I would highly recommend her for all your house move/sale/purchase requirements.

Friendly enthusiastic approach from the get go and a clear vision on how to market our property to get the best result. We were recommended by a friend and will now recommend to others. Def worth considering this independent where we feel we got a more personal approach. Thanks again Vanilla Square!
6th Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)Very poor communication from the agent when trying to get an update on a property we were interested in. Many promises of phone calls and messages which never came. Lots of time wasted when we just needed to know if the property was still available or not.
11th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I am impressed by their level of service provided throughout the process on handling commercial rental. It only took short periods of time to let out successfully. Daniel is reliable and efficient. He always respond to me fast with guidance and advice, even extra help with arranging Electrian. I also pleased to be constantly updated throughout. Good team, Good experience Highly recommended."

Cost a little bit more going through this but we’ll worth the extra few pounds to get the best price for my house. Would highly recommend

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market
