These lovely professional people know what there doing. You don't get any of the usual time waisting stuff and they work great as a team . They were all familiar with my property so there was no problems when the agent that was dealing with my property was out of office. I wouldn't go anywhere else now and I've sold a few property's in my time.

I bought a house through Jackson Estate Agents. Staff very obliging with passing messages to the vendor and arranging visits to the property. Loved my welcome pack too!
Do not dream of letting your property with this Company.
Their advertising spiel quotes a 'hassle free' business where owners can relax knowing their property is in safe hands.
The reality is quite different. Of the last 2 tenants provided, the first caused £7000 of well documented damage and lost their deposit. The second was worse, costing the owners £10000 and counting. The damage on both occasions happened whilst under quarterly management visits by the lettings team who reported no issues.
When the second tenant went bankrupt they took all their 'management' fees from the deposit scheme and deducted further amounts for services that had not been authorised.
The sales information is also questionable. The spiel quotes an increase in values in the region. Jacksons provided a sales figure of £50000 less recently than the original estimate they had given some 5 years ago for our property.
Avoid at all costs. We are not professional landlords and relied on their' 100 years experience'
I just wanted to say a big thank you, especially to Harry for all the hard work put in on the sale of the Warren. We were involved in a very difficult chain of 8 properties and without Harry's excellent efforts in keeping everyone up to date, the sale would not have completed. Great work and thank you!
Dreadful website can’t find a house with a house for sale board outside. Get in the 21st century.
