We have used Chancellors ( Kington and Llandrindod Wells ) now for both sales and rental and have found them to be very responsive and professional. Most recently we have been dealing with Mr Andrew Mapp of the Kington office to complete a sale of one of our rental properties. The property details were advertised very quickly and two serious buyers were found within weeks of the first conversation. Mr Mapp has dealt with the negotiations and achieved a price we are happy with. We will be using Chancellors again.

Dealt with Evie atterby was told on a Monday my application had been approved by the landlord and took details for my holding deposit for a rental property and this would be processed on the Tuesday only to be told on the Friday that someone else had viewed on Wednesday and been given the property. When I then asked about the credit check which had been supposedly done on the Tuesday affecting my credit rating. Was then informed it wasn't actually processed. In total I was lied to 3 times that week. Very unprofessional service. Especially after calling for another viewing and her never returning my calls. Would not recommend using the most unprofessional and time wasting estate agent ever!

I dealt mostly with Andrew at Kington office. I found him very helpful, straight forward, professional, and friendly. I was very happy with all he did and he successfully sold my property. I would definitely choose Chancellors again to either buy or sell a property.

Andrew Mapp was very professional and very open and friendly. He knew just when to take a step back and let us see the property for ourselves instead of trying to hard sell us. As a result our trust levels were increased substantially - and we appreciated his sense of humour. He was patient (twice) with my elderly (and very experienced house buyer) mother which was also appreciated. I would happily use him again .. although I hope to not move again, but perhaps for my family in due course.

This is the most frustrating and unprofessional estate agent I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. They do not return calls to arrange viewings or the phone rings outs or plays an irrelevant recorded message at great length which is totally useless. They haven't even bothered to update their name on that message or web photo to reflect the fact they are no longer Russell, Baldwin and Bright. I'd give them zero stars but you can't post without giving a minimum of one star.

Unprofessional outfit that lies to its customers.Tried selling my property with these guys who faked market interest and also fabricated viewings. When I requested to be present at one such viewing - strangely the interested party didn't show up. This was following a gut feeling by me that something wasn't right. After 6 months of complete juvenile flannel - I moved to Carsons, also in the village, and they sold within a month. Save yourself a ton of childish games and avoid these monkeys.

They will do what they can to get your instructions and once in the market will try to bring down your asking price. Only had 1 viewing per 2 weeks in average. Weekly calls stopped after a couple of weeks.
