Chancellors agent Natalie could not have been more helpful. I arrived 40 minutes early for my first viewing while Natalie was still involved with other would-be purchasers. She made me feel welcome in spite of the inconvenience and when my turn came she was an efficient guide to the property. She then offered to guide me to my second viewing where she was equally efficient as a property guide, and willing to listen and respond to any queries I had, or any comments I wished to make. Throughout, she was aware of my physical limitations, and offerred assistance when needed. I cannot rate her highly enough.

Although working in the Sales department of Chancellors' Kington branch, they lent their expertise (under Natasha's lead) to an issue I had whilst trying to complete occupancy of a rental property of Chancellors. Buying this home was 6 months of anything & everything you can think of that’s ridiculous & stressful. We went through every emotion in the book, happiness was not in that book.
The first person we dealt with was Becky, she was wonderful from the start. Always going above & beyond. Later Leo joined the drama, that was our house purchase. Leo also went above & beyond to try to get things done.
Both Becky & Leo, always followed through when they said they would look into something, they did & communicated with us. They were always calm, reassuring, patient & helpful. We could not have gotten the house without them.
The only complaint is that we took the attorneys they suggested to us because it would help things to move faster & smoothly. It was them that were the problem, things would have moved a lot faster without them. But thankfully we had Becky & Leo that push them & git things done. Who needs attorneys when you’re I have wonderful realtors like Becky & Leo?

We have used Chancellors ( Kington and Llandrindod Wells ) now for both sales and rental and have found them to be very responsive and professional. Most recently we have been dealing with Mr Andrew Mapp of the Kington office to complete a sale of one of our rental properties. The property details were advertised very quickly and two serious buyers were found within weeks of the first conversation. Mr Mapp has dealt with the negotiations and achieved a price we are happy with. We will be using Chancellors again.

Dealt with Evie atterby was told on a Monday my application had been approved by the landlord and took details for my holding deposit for a rental property and this would be processed on the Tuesday only to be told on the Friday that someone else had viewed on Wednesday and been given the property. When I then asked about the credit check which had been supposedly done on the Tuesday affecting my credit rating. Was then informed it wasn't actually processed. In total I was lied to 3 times that week. Very unprofessional service. Especially after calling for another viewing and her never returning my calls. Would not recommend using the most unprofessional and time wasting estate agent ever!

Andrew Mapp was very professional and very open and friendly. He knew just when to take a step back and let us see the property for ourselves instead of trying to hard sell us. As a result our trust levels were increased substantially - and we appreciated his sense of humour. He was patient (twice) with my elderly (and very experienced house buyer) mother which was also appreciated. I would happily use him again .. although I hope to not move again, but perhaps for my family in due course.

This is the most frustrating and unprofessional estate agent I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. They do not return calls to arrange viewings or the phone rings outs or plays an irrelevant recorded message at great length which is totally useless. They haven't even bothered to update their name on that message or web photo to reflect the fact they are no longer Russell, Baldwin and Bright. I'd give them zero stars but you can't post without giving a minimum of one star.
