We have bought and sold numerous properties and never have we not had a single viewing ! It was on the market for 24 weeks without a single viewing. They didn’t communicate well and didn’t make any suggestions as to how we could get viewings. Sadly we have removed it from this agent now. The staff were lovely couldn’t fault them but unfortunately we wouldn’t use again, sorry.... Read more

We had a great experience with Alex and would definitely recommend him. We had already fallen in love with a property and were prepared to offer £290,000. Alex not only helped us find the right mortgage for our circumstances, but also gave us some really helpful advice with the negotiation. In the end, we managed to agree the purchase for £12,000 less than we were originally prepared to pay! What impressed us most was that Alex genuinely wanted to help us, not just arrange the mortgage. He was honest, approachable and always happy to explain things or give advice when we needed it. We are now getting close to exchange and couldn’t be happier with how everything has gone.
