When I first approached Abbotts for help with the sale of my house, Ian Jordan's advice was that I should divide what I owned and seek planning consent for a building plot. I recently viewed a lovely house in Downham Market, which I was thinking of renting. Lisa gave me a very nice tour of the place. She was both knowledgeable and friendly. Ultimately, I decided to rent a flat in Cambridge, as this is more convenient for my research. Abbotts got me more viewings in 6 weeks than my previous agent found me in 6 months. They provided excellent marketing material for the property and quickly found me a buyer. And then Covid happened... despite this the team came back on board as soon as they were allowed and Steve and Natasha worked wonders to help me through the sale. They went above and beyond to help push this through and really pushed my solicitors who were essentially non-existent after they kept their staff on furlough with no direct contact.
