29th Feb 2024 (7 weeks ago)We've been really pleased with the service we received from Maguire Baylis. We have just purchased our first home. Nothing was too much for them. Viewings were prompt and professional (they even managed to accommodate all of our last-minute requests); responses to our questions have been quick and detailed (which was great as, being first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions); and we've been kept well updated throughout the process. All staff were very personable and incredibly professional. I would recommend Maguire Baylis and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Lydia was exceptional in pushing the buyers' solicitors of the flat we were selling, despite them being particularly challenging, and managing all the communications with the chain. She was instrumental in getting the sale and purchase across the line and we owe her a debt of gratitude!

Within 3 days of making contact, Jack Allsobrook visited my home, he provided a detailed valuation and talked me through how a marketing strategy could help get me the best price. He was engaging and showed genuine interest, really impressed.

It was such a pleasure to meet her and liaised with her.- 4th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Whilst our property was being marketed by Connells. Connells arranged a viewing of our property for a couple that said they were cash buyers. Whilst viewing our property the prospective buyers burgled us stealing £5-£6000 of jewellery. Never at any time did we receive an apology from Connells they completely failed to take responsibility, completely brushing over the situation. Initially they would not provide the Police with the suspects details until Police threatened with a warrant. Eventually the branch manager contacted the head office who agreed to release the suspects details. We are now waiting to go to trial at Crown Court. Furthermore they valued our property at almost £1,000000 and after three months we were advised to reduce it to £850,000 The whole four months we were on with them was an utter shambles.

2nd Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)I used Jackson-Stops to sell a flat in Oxted, on behalf of a relative. I was very impressed with their service, especially since this was the second agent I had tried. Stuart gave realistic advice about pricing, which led to an almost immediate offer, and Jenny was very persistent in dealing with various complications that arose during the sale process. Stuart and Jenny were both helpful, responsive and professional throughout. I strongly recommend Jackson-Stops.

Michael was just fantastic and help us to go through a process of buying our first home from the beginning to the end. It was a hard and stressful road due to our not very good conveyancer who made it difficult for all of us but Michael with his experience was the person who help us a lot and made it happened. Very nice, very helpful and very experience and if we will ever need an estate agency again we will get back to Greenaway Residential Estate Agents& Letting Agents East Grinsted for sure. I would recommend it for everyone. Big Thank you for all your help and effort????
