Very knowledgeable of the local area, on what my house was worth and what it would likely sell for. If I do decide to move I’ll definitely use them in the future. Very friendly, enthusiastic but not pushy like other agents.

Moving is not an easy process and can be very stressful but all of the staff were on hand to help every time we called and always kept the process flowing as smoothly as possible. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

We found the perfrct detached property in a quiet spot located in East Grinstead.
