   Absolutely Exceptional! Profile Homes marketed and sold our property and are top class estate agents, we have no hesitation in recommending them, and have already done so, to our friends interested in selling. Some of the brilliant things they did: They accurately and beautifully marketed our property and constantly monitored online interest, occasionally changing our online information to increase uptake. They filtered out tyre kickers and did accompanied viewings. This meant we could carry on with things like holidays not worrying we were missing out on potential buyers. They always gave immediate feedback from viewings and guided us on any offers made. They liaised with our solicitors and other Agents in a chain of properties below us. We are a retired couple and were selling our property to down size, and our sale would have always involve a chain. Without Sue and Les the long chain would not have completed successfully, they know the business and worked wonders.    I was supposed to view a rental property with clee llandovery on a Saturday, to be told that the viewing was no longer available....are clee just in it for the views?! To be let down last minute is disgusting no wonder these properties stay on the market for months on end..if only the owners knew!!... Read more

   Disappointing and unreliable – severe lack of communication<br>We have had a shocking experience with John Francis Ammanford. The complete lack of basic communication and professionalism throughout our house hunt has been deeply frustrating.<br>Our negative experiences with this branch include:<br>Empty promises: After viewing and inquiring about several properties, we were repeatedly promised callbacks that never happened.<br>Ignored questions: We asked questions for a seller following a viewing and were left completely in the dark with zero response.<br>Ignored offers: We submitted an offer on a property and received no follow-up whatsoever.<br>Zero notification of sales falling through: Most shockingly, after having an offer accepted on a house, the seller withdrew it from the market a few days later. John Francis never bothered to tell us. We only found out because we happened to notice the listing had been removed online.<br>When we called to ask what was going on, they admitted the sale was off and stated they hadn't notified us because they were "busy."<br>Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions someone can make. Excusing a complete failure to inform buyers that an accepted offer has fallen through simply because staff are "too busy" is unacceptable. We should have been notified before the property was removed online. I strongly advise prospective buyers and sellers to look elsewhere if you expect basic courtesy, honesty, and reliable communication.... Read more
