I really appreciate you letting us know that it had come back on the market and then all the liaising and chasing that went on so we could complete in a short timescale. It was such a friendly but professional service, which made everything so much less stressful.

18th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)I had to sell my parents property in the area and had no knowledge of the local estate agents, so looked to GetAgent for recommendations. Mitchells were top of the 3 recommended agents in the area and after using them for the sale, I can see why. They have a very good understanding of the local housing market and their valuation was spot-on. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, and a pleasure to deal with. They found an ideal buyer for the property within the first week and kept me informed throughout the whole process. From my own personal experience with Mitchells New Milton, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

9th Jan 2024 (10 mo. ago)4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.

We purchased a property through Austin & Wyatt and from the initial inquiry to picking up the keys we received excellent communication (with us and the Estate Agent selling our property etc.) and service. I know that it is a whole team effort to market and sell a property but would like to single out Madeleine for her professionalism and commitment when the problems cropped up (which they do). We are now in our new home and loving it. We didn't even need to chase to have the For Sale / Sold sign removed. Thanks Team.
17th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

I met three local agents and was impressed with the team at Fells Gulliver. They did everything for me including all viewings and quickly found a buyer. Highly recommend.

From showing me around Milford on Sea when I first moved here , to letting and recently selling our house. He managed our house let for many years with reliable tenants. He has given us pragmatic and sensible advice with minimal fuss. All staff have always been professional and efficient . A special thanks also to Kim who gave us sensible, helpful advice when we were prepping the house for sale , also for securing a buyer. They made the whole process as straightforward as possible. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution.
