20th Aug 2024 (15 weeks ago)Because I live away from North Devon, it was purely a series of emails being received, detailing the date, time and name of your client. This was followed by periodic updates of how the visit was perceived. We were continually briefed by members of your staff and hence constantly kept in the loop. Am just now waiting to hear from the buyer. Thank you for your assistance with the sale of mum's bungalow.

However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.
