If you want to let your property, these ladies are the people to trust, and however far away you live, you can rest assured that your property is in safe hands. Other estate agencies and staff simply can't hold a candle to these three. Nothing is too much trouble, they are responsive, looking after tenant and landlord equally, everyone is happy, and the property is beautifully cared for. They have been wonderful and my heartfelt thanks goes to them.

The whole process was smooth and professional and their support continued right through to completion. The service was excellent and we couldn't have asked for a better outcome.
26th Nov 2024 (9 days ago)Struggled to get viewings with Matt. Struggled to get responses from Matt and Teresa . Whilst purchasing with them. It really spoilt what should have been an exciting happy process. I was a focused purchaser. Had to repeatedly ring and speak to matts colleagues asking if he can please respond re making a viewing. Teresa is a bit more responsive but we experienced a fair bit of being ignored and unresponsiveness from her as well. Such a shame. Really spoilt the purchase for us.

The entire process was overseen by Elizabeth D’Allemagne, a consummate professional who handled the négociations with efficiency and great care. I particularly appreciated the constant one to one feedback, a rarity in today’s world of automated voice messaging! A personalised service, with a hands on attitude, that produced a desired result. We have used Sequence ever since we moved to Wiltshire and i can only say that Anthony was flawless... breaking down the financial jungle of mortgaging, made the whole experience and stress free experience... we will certainly be using Anthony again when re- mortgage.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. 14th Jul 2023 (1 year ago)We sold our Cirencester property with Sharvell Property, they were professional, friendly and during a point where the market was starting to become more difficult (Dec ‘22) they were steady and consistent ensuring we were communicated with at all times (a breath of fresh air from past experience) I would highly recommend selling your property with this team.

Would recommend highly as he got us through a very stressful sale, but he kept pushing and communicating throughout. Richard made our Dream come true!
5th Jul 2024 (22 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
