If you want to let your property, these ladies are the people to trust, and however far away you live, you can rest assured that your property is in safe hands. Other estate agencies and staff simply can't hold a candle to these three. Nothing is too much trouble, they are responsive, looking after tenant and landlord equally, everyone is happy, and the property is beautifully cared for. They have been wonderful and my heartfelt thanks goes to them.
26th Jan 2025 (13 weeks ago)We are so pleased that we chose Hamptons in Cirencester to market our property. Having lived in the same house for over 30 years we approached the thought of selling with some trepidation. However, shortly after our phone call Ian arrived and put us at ease from the outset. He provided a realistic price guide based on thorough research of similar sold properties in the area. Once we were ready to sell, our property was on the market within a week and sold subject to contract within 5 weeks. Throughout the entire process Ian, Greg and the team were always available for advice and support and their professional and friendly approach ensured that everything went as smoothly as possible liaising with all parties and keeping us regularly informed through to completion. If we were to sell again we would be straight on the phone to Hamptons.

Tim, stood out from the competitors - he was empathetic, supportive and 100% genuine. He promised the team would hold my hand throughout the process and they most certainly did that. Rachel, who dealt with the sale demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and kept me fully informed and Christina who dealt with the post sale process was extremely helpful, efficient and kind. She is without doubt - Christina and the Sunshine! I would recommend McFarlane’s Cricklade without reservation.

I have always been made to feel like i am part of the Samual Miles family, and I have always been aware and reassured that Stella is just one call away if i need her. I can not recommend herself and the team enough. I can assure you, you are truly looked after, and they genuinally really care. The whole process from viewing my property, to moving in was completely effortless, and i now have a house that I can truly call my home. 26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
