We recieved a very Poor service, Always late for our viewings and communication was very poor!
We had issues on completion day and they were very unproffesional and rather unhelpful in general to the extent they made our issues worse, I thoroughly regret trusting them!
Had a conversation post completion with a form of managment at the malmesbury branch and to say he was rude and showed the attitude of "we have our money now deal with it" wouldnt do it justice!
My experience may be a one off but what I have written is 100% accurate to what we experienced, We sold through blount & maslin and I would suggest giving them your time as the level of service was miles apart!

Having bought and sold numerous houses, I've experienced a huge range of agents over the years. I can sincerely say that James Pyle is the most professional, helpful and friendly agent I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He provides meticulous attention to detail and service beyond the call of duty or working hours at superb value. Without his genuine desire to help me sell the old house and secure the new home, I would not have navigated a tricky move. I'll never use any one else again!
The whole team at Perry Bishop were excellent. They looked after me and kept me informed throughout all the procedures. I wish all Estate Agents had a Sales Progression team looking after both the vendor and the buyer.
Pushy, deceitful (watch out, they will try and rush you to make an offer and a survey), continued to advertise the property behind our back (the for sale sign was still outside the property when we were told it was marked as STC) and we are of the belief that they gazumped us. We dealt with Paul Boden, who would promise one thing on the phone and then use ambiguous and vague language in the email. He then did a complete U-turn on what he had promised us on behalf of the vendor. We complained via their internal complaint procedure and they got back to us to say that "they had a very difficult vendor and therefore it was not their fault". Avoid them. Don't waste your time and money dealing with them. This estate agent is literally living up to the bad reputation the profession has. Save your money and use another estate agent.
Also the property was not marketed as Grade II listed (which it is), and the photos they used in the listing are from a few years ago (the property looked nothing like it did in the photos) but we tried to ignore it.
