   Absolutely shocking experience – I would not recommend them to any landlord.<br><br>When you're initially handing over your property, the service is excellent. Everyone is friendly, responsive and reassuring. Unfortunately, once they have your property, it becomes a completely different experience.<br><br>Based on my experience over the last 12 months, I have found the service to be extremely unprofessional. A few examples:<br><br>7 rent payments have been late over a 12-month period. On more than one occasion, I have had to call the office asking where my rent payment is, only for the money to then appear in my account shortly afterwards.<br><br>They agreed to change the rent collection/payment date without informing me. I only became aware of the change after contacting them myself when the rent hadn't arrived when expected.<br><br>They failed to send written confirmation of the new tenancy protections to the tenants, despite telling me that this had been done.<br><br>What makes this particularly frustrating is that I am paying a company to manage my property precisely so that I don't have to continually chase rent payments or check whether basic administrative tasks have actually been completed.<br><br>I can't comment on the reasons behind the repeated payment delays, but having 7 late payments in 12 months is simply unacceptable for a professional property management company.<br><br>Based on my experience, I genuinely could not recommend them to another landlord...
