19th Dec 2025 (29 days ago)Brown and Co were the seller’s agents in our purchase and were better than our own agents. Throughout, James was very professional and communication was excellent. None of the normal unanswered messages and calls that we experienced with other agents, James was very communicative, which definitely inspires confidence. He was also patient and understanding when there were issues down the chain. I would have no hesitation in recommending Brown and Co, and would definitely use them ourselves if we decide to move in the future.
21st Dec 2025 (27 days ago)I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in the sale of my property. Martin Maslin delivered excellent service and advice throughout. As I was selling remotely from over 200 miles away, they took care of everything, arranging surveyors, house clearance, cleaning, and gardening to get the property into a saleable condition. They were consistently professional and approachable, guiding me through every stage of the process. I use the word partner deliberately, because that’s exactly how it felt: a genuine professional partnership, with clear communication and thoughtful advice at every turn. Very pleased with the whole experience.
9th Jan 2026 (8 days ago)I recently have bought a house marketed by DDM. I was extremely impressed by their efficiency, responsiveness and expertise. Staff were friendly and reassuring. I primarily dealt with Doug - who was always very helpful, courteous and firmly persistent when prompting was required; however, on the few occasions when he was not available, Lexi provided excellent service and was able to pick up matters very effectively. All an excellent sign of good communication within the company. I would definitely approach DDM were I to be looking to sell.

30th Oct 2025 (11 weeks ago)Recently bought a new build in Marton, Spicerhaart are selling on behalf of E5. Dealt with new build Sales Director Graham Lang who said he would make the process as smooth as possible. Sadly it could not have been further from the truth the process was very poor communication wise, once they had our deposit for the new build they were not interested. Graham does not respond to emails or phone calls and speaking to other occupiers on the site it seems they have all had exceptionally poor service from Graham. Avoid this agent whether buying or selling they are only interested in your money, they don’t care about you as a person.

Huge thanks to Croft Estate Agents & Sue- 26th Nov 2025 (7 weeks ago)I have unfortunately experienced two instances where my house deposit, totaling close to £2000, was not fully returned by this letting agency. On one occasion, while I was still residing in the property, a member of their staff informed me of an upcoming repair that was never carried out, yet this was later cited as a reason for withholding a portion of my deposit. It appears to me that they consistently seek reasons to avoid returning the full deposit, or even a partial amount. Consequently, I would not be able to recommend their services to anyone seeking to rent a property.
