27th Nov 2024 (11 days ago)Initially all was well and communication excellent. That was until Marcus left. Unfortunately then we had to chase repeatedly to speak to someone and kept getting promised a call back to no avail. Our sale eventually stumbled over the line but wish we’d sold with Paul Fenton who we bought from. They were much better throughout the whole process.
27th Sep 2023 (1 year ago)Cannot recommend Joel and his team in Wells high enough. First class service and customer care. Regular updates on viewings with sound feedback. Once a potential buyer was secured, the team of four monitored the progress of the conveyancing law firms of both the buyer and ourselves, and what a bonus that was when ‘lethargy’ appeared to have ‘rooted’ itself in the process on several occasions. The commission was sensible and they deserved every penny. ????

We would like to thank our estate agent Natalie Hingley for the excellent service she provided us throughout this transaction. From the start we were very impressed by her professionalism and expertise on all things relevant to selling and buying a property. She ensured excellent photographic coverage of our property which really captured its character and features to full advantage. She then sold it very quickly and throughout the next weeks until completion she was most efficient in dealing with any arising issues. She was extremely helpful in quickly answering and dealing with matters as they arose. Her professional knowledge and expertise made us aware that we were in very safe hands. Natalie also went the extra mile to be extremely helpful. Thank you very much Natalie for making this process so very smooth for us.

8th Sep 2024 (13 weeks ago)DOMVS in Dorchester have just helped us to complete on my Mum's retirement flat, a difficult niche property market. They were there for us through all the ups and the downs, such as when the original chain collapsed, with great professional advice and they helped us pick ourselves up again & achieve a successful sale. I would particularly like to thank Nicky and Marcus who have been particularly supportive and just all around brilliant! If you are thinking of selling your property, I cannot recommend DOMVS highly enough.

After a successful completion I can now express my upmost thanks to James, Tilly and the team. Their communication and help throughout the whole process was second to none and I could not recommend them highly enough. Nothing was too much hassle for them and when it came to the paperwork, they helped and made sure we had and did everything we needed. If you are thinking of buying or selling, look no further.

18th Dec 2023 (11 mo. ago)Unfortunately English Homes only considered a price reduction as the way to stimulate market interest. We had 3 viewings in 12 weeks. Feedback from the viewings was that they had properties to sell but weren’t put off by the property or the price.

After dealing with some very dubious clowns from another agency, I wouldn’t go anywhere else these days; Mayfair are excellent!- 29th Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)GTH Ilminster (mainly Sophi) were professional, and worked hard with many viewings. We’re very happy eith the way they conducted viewings and the sale.

The communication is excellent, I could always talk to a member of the team and staff are proactive in updating and sharing information. Alex and the team have excellent relationships with other local professionals such a solicitors and mortgage brokers which means that the sale and purchase was able to complete promptly. Staff are friendly and respectful and have exceptional knowledge of the local market. The marketing of our home was of excellent quality and they truly took the time to understand our requirements and budget, finding us a new home that we love!
17th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Terrible customer service, had rats and mice in the house which took them weeks to sort. No credit checks on residents and even had the landlord and his family move in with us for a few weeks while they were renovating the house without any warning. The landlord even verbally attacked me when confronted to which Martin and co did nothing about, instead the evicted me. Terrible experience all round

Communication was excellent, he really drove things forward with the sale and he was always available to help. All in all a great experience from initial valuation with George, photos with Nicki and the top man Spencer! Would thoroughly recommend George James!

I am very pleased I did - Paul came round and walked me through their process, having never sold a house before I was not sure what to expect. He explained the process in detail and his expertise set my mind at rest, which the others had not. I cannot thank Paul and his team enough for all their knowledge and help in getting me through process (solicitors are not the easiest beasts to deal with) and I am so pleased that they dealt with a majority of the chasing and endless nonsense that my buyers solicitors threw my way! If you want to feel like your house sale is as important to the estate agent as it is to you then you should get in contact with Paul and the team in Yeovil, I would definitely use them again if I was in Yeovil, I recommend them and EweMove.

Nothing was too much trouble, and he was very professional, patient and knowledgeable - so I felt in safe hands. Would definitely recommend!
