13th Jul 2024 (10 mo. ago)Philip Hunter and the staff of Rodgers marketed our property very well. The photographs and description were of a very high standard and throughout the sales process, we were kept fully informed of developments. Philip offered good advice on the state of the market and was proactive in pursuing opportunities. We would have no hesitation in recommending Rodgers to anybody and were very satisfied with the service we received.
2nd May 2025 (16 days ago)Please be aware of this letting agents. I can mension lots of issues, but I think that is personal. However on opening inspection they will not attend the site and will ask for marking up where both parties sign. On the closing inspection to the DPS the marked up agreement will be lost and a new blank document will be provided. Please be aware and if starting a contract or in a current contract get a copy of both signed rather than them keeping the both signed document.
27th Sep 2023 (1 year ago)Cannot recommend Joel and his team in Wells high enough. First class service and customer care. Regular updates on viewings with sound feedback. Once a potential buyer was secured, the team of four monitored the progress of the conveyancing law firms of both the buyer and ourselves, and what a bonus that was when ‘lethargy’ appeared to have ‘rooted’ itself in the process on several occasions. The commission was sensible and they deserved every penny. ????

20th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)My husband and I recently completed on a property we sold in Stoke-sub-Hamdon. We would like to thank our estate agent Natalie Hingley for the excellent service she provided us throughout this transaction. From the start we were very impressed by her professionalism and expertise on all things relevant to selling and buying a property. She ensured excellent photographic coverage of our property which really captured its character and features to full advantage. She then sold it very quickly and throughout the next weeks until completion she was most efficient in dealing with any arising issues. She was extremely helpful in quickly answering and dealing with matters as they arose. Her professional knowledge and expertise made us aware that we were in very safe hands. Natalie also went the extra mile to be extremely helpful. Thank you very much Natalie for making this process so very smooth for us.

After a successful completion I can now express my upmost thanks to James, Tilly and the team. Their communication and help throughout the whole process was second to none and I could not recommend them highly enough. Nothing was too much hassle for them and when it came to the paperwork, they helped and made sure we had and did everything we needed. If you are thinking of buying or selling, look no further.

18th Dec 2023 (1 year ago)Unfortunately English Homes only considered a price reduction as the way to stimulate market interest. We had 3 viewings in 12 weeks. Feedback from the viewings was that they had properties to sell but weren’t put off by the property or the price.

After dealing with some very dubious clowns from another agency, I wouldn’t go anywhere else these days; Mayfair are excellent!

The phone was always answered promptly and a call back was swift if required Sophi Unwin especially never faltered in keeping her finger on the pulse, being totally up to speed on every change in circumstance. The service that we received was first rate with a good marketing strategy, excellent communication and drive to result in a successful outcome. Their portfolio consists of a good range of properties and we’re currently working with them to find our next home. Communication was excellent, he really drove things forward with the sale and he was always available to help. All in all a great experience from initial valuation with George, photos with Nicki and the top man Spencer! Would thoroughly recommend George James!

I am very pleased I did - Paul came round and walked me through their process, having never sold a house before I was not sure what to expect. He explained the process in detail and his expertise set my mind at rest, which the others had not. I cannot thank Paul and his team enough for all their knowledge and help in getting me through process (solicitors are not the easiest beasts to deal with) and I am so pleased that they dealt with a majority of the chasing and endless nonsense that my buyers solicitors threw my way! If you want to feel like your house sale is as important to the estate agent as it is to you then you should get in contact with Paul and the team in Yeovil, I would definitely use them again if I was in Yeovil, I recommend them and EweMove.

Jamie valued our property £15k higher than any other agent and got us an offer from first time buyers at full asking price in 3 working days. Isobel was excellent at keeping us up to date and making sure the sale was completed before the stamp duty went up.

2nd Nov 2024 (6 mo. ago)Kim at Edwards recently assisted me with a new tenancy agreement, which was slightly complex as it was timed in with a house purchase. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was very professional, patient and knowledgeable - so I felt in safe hands. Would definitely recommend!
31st Jul 2024 (9 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
