They guided us through the sale. Brian did a great job from start to finish , getting us the best price and making the brochure look stunning . 27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Overall a very good service especially at the beginning when Ben valued the property and supplied all information required to assist us with marketing the property and also later when Laurence became involved and was our main link with relaying information and keeping us updated until the sale was completed. During the middle part of the process there were a number of times that I telephoned the office for updates or information and each time was promised a call back which unfortunately didn’t happen.

Communication was excellent, he really drove things forward with the sale and he was always available to help. All in all a great experience from initial valuation with George, photos with Nicki and the top man Spencer! Would thoroughly recommend George James!

Jamie valued our property £15k higher than any other agent and got us an offer from first time buyers at full asking price in 3 working days. Isobel was excellent at keeping us up to date and making sure the sale was completed before the stamp duty went up.

9th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)After 10 days I changed estate agents as was not happy with Nest. They have no office they only advertise on Rightmove but didn't mention this before the ad went live. They were a grand more expensive than some other estate agents. My house was badly advertised at first like a kids Wendy house. No for sale sign turned up and I was given an EPC through the estate agent which was overpriced. This was all done by Oliver who was also about to go on leave for a week. I would not recommend Nest and only went with them as buying a new house through them.
