I was helping my cousin downsize from a house . Lee, Hannah and Sharon worked hard to find out what he actually wanted and his main priorities. Location required near Northam Type of property a flat .Things needed nearby a shop and bus stop within walking distance. A property that did not have a expensive maintenance contract. All for under £150.000. Armed with this knowledge we were shown the first flat that ticked all the boxes. We were also shown other flats to help him decide. Without the help and patience from Lee, Hannah and Sharon I don't think I would have been able to find just what my cousin required and I think moving him would have been very difficult.
