We had to constantly chase up for updates on the viewings that were booked in and how they went, which was pretty poor as they only managed 2 viewings in the 6 weeks they had the property on the market. we had to chase them for a plan on what they were going to do to get more viewings, 9000 hits on right move but only 2 viewings. all talk and unfortunately no action. the manager couldn't be any nicer to deal with just unfortunately the experience wasn't as good as we had hoped for....
