The whole team at Hunters worked great together, updating me at every step of the sale right up to completion. Firstly thanks to Adam who came out to value and take some amazing photos of our house, who then went on to upload them on social media, which I feel massively boosted our viewings. Brogan was amazing with booking in viewings which suited us as a family. Then on to Robert and Zack who guided us through absolutely everything we needed to know, right down to using the very best solicitor which massively helped the sales process. Nothing was too much trouble. The professionalism and experience you get from these guys is outstanding. I wouldn’t go anywhere else when it comes to selling a house. Would definitely use again. 5*****
5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BRH is a great estate and lettings agency. They are upfront and honest with information, and you will struggle to find a more professional organization. Every piece of information that we needed was provided promptly and fully. You can just tell from each interaction/correspondence that all staff in the organization’s different departments are extremely competent. In a nutshell, a well-run, friendly, and professional organization. We will certainly be recommending BRH to our contacts, and of course using them again to grow our portfolio.

7th Jul 2024 (20 days ago)When you have a house for sale they send you unsolicited mail frequently even though you ask them not to. If your that desperate for new property it shows how good you are attemping to poach against competitors for sales.

14th Nov 2023 (8 mo. ago)I recently had a horrible experience renting through this rental agency. Despite promptly filling out all the necessary paperwork, they ignored our form. Their communication was absurdly poor. The agents looked us straight in the eye and lied to us. It was very frustrating to deal with such an unprofessional company providing terrible service. Other agency I have spoken to have been an order of magnitude better - responsive, efficient and honest. providing terrible service.

11th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)My daughter and son in law were unlucky enough to have dealings with these people and have ended their tenancy paying what in my view are extortionate fees to the landlords, who it seems are looking for every possible excuse to retain my daughters deposit. Equally they have insisted on charging my daughter rent for periods in which she was not in occupancy as she helpfully found alternative accommodation when the landlords demanded they vacate at short notice, despite having a child under 4 in the house.

Sold newly built houses , Sold renovated properties Manage a very large property portfolio for me. (also can arrange repairs carried out at reasonable costs too)

Starting with putting together a great marketing package which made our house look better than we could imagine then showing round prospective buyers and handling the resultant negotiations through to a quick sale. The whole process was as smooth as could be and we were kept informed and consulted consistently along the way. We can’t recommend EweMove enough.
5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)From the moment that Shaun walked into my late parents’ home to value it, my boyfriend and I knew he was the right estate agent to go with. From the beginning to the end, Shaun was friendly, honest, upfront and very respectful of the difficult time I was going through after losing my mother. As I live in London and couldn’t be at the house often, Shaun would go the extra mile to check on it, organise and supervise repairs after a leak was discovered and even returned to the property after the sale had taken place to collect some belongings that I left behind that had huge sentimental value. I have no hesitation in recommending Shaun to anyone. I couldn’t recommend anyone more. You will definitely feel looked after.

5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
