I cannot praise Hunters enough for the valuable assistance and advice afforded me when I was relocating to Barnsley from Devon. As is often expected in buying and selling especially over a long distance the path was a bit rocky and the successful outcome was in the main due to Laura keeping me informed of the progress of my purchase and giving me sound advice as to the steps to take with the selling of my property in Devon, especially after a buyer pulled out a good way through the process. To be honest I received more advice and assistance from Laura than I did from the Estate Agent I was paying in Devon , so a big thanks folks for getting me home :) Friendly, approachable, professional throughout and highly recommended.

Stay clear after selling are home in June to time wasters were told they were pulling out of the deal as they could not afford to buy are home this is now the 6th of September going to put the house on the market again but with an estate agent that actually cares thank you for wasting 7 months like I said I would stay clear .

Fantastic Service from start to finish. Emma did our mortgage and kept us update through out and Sam, Gill and Amy always had enough time to answer any questions we had.

Terrible service from this place. They promise the earth, get your house up for sale and then leave you to it like they're not bothered. Didn't get us many viewings, house is now stc but every time we ring to find out why there's a delay we get fobbed off with different stories. We have had more contact from the estate agents we are buying through to be quite honest. This lot are completely unprofessional and unbothered and if we managed to get moved at all it will be a miracle and no thanks to any work on their part.

Bsmart homes are genuinely a great bunch to go with if you are about to sell your property. Always busy and happy to help or ring back. They have a reputation for selling homes quickly. They have sold mine in 3 weeks flat. Impressive is the word ....

Do not reccomend this business at all Had nothing but issues from them and so has everyone els we know They are con artists and make money from people deposits and bonds Do not rent from them !

Wonderful service from Owen, Martin and Jonathan. They could not have been more supportive in every step of the sale. We had lots of interest, lots of viewings and an offer after two weeks on the market. They were also the most competitive with rates of commission. Highly recommend.

I would not recommend dealing with this company. Sales people do a good job making out that there will be lots of buyers at the realistic price they had set and their dedicated sales person would keep us up to date. Never heard from anyone in the 6 months that my business was for sale with them, until it was time to pay the £600 bill. DON'T USE........ Their reply to this post says it all. They don't know who Hop Skip & Jump are and can we identify ourselves what a joke. We are Hop Skip & Jump paid you lots of money to do nothing.

Really impressed, we own a business and phoned their Bolton office to discuss buying another, turned out it had sold. They were really helpful and responsive in helping us narrow down others to look at. Unfortunately not really the right time for us but i have already recommended this firm to a friend who is looking too, hopefully be back soon. Special thanks to Georgina
