10th Aug 2020 (5 years ago)At the start the relationship was positive and friendly. A for sale board was requested but, never placed. We did not received feedback from the few viewings we had and unsure whether buyer/ viewer suitability checks were carried out - especially at these times with heightened cleaning and sanitising that needs to happen. We also received marketing letters although we were already with them and the claims on them we challenged as this was not reflecting our experiences. Communication was far for acceptable with not following up with promises to call by a certain time/ date and not responding to emails readily. To add to this they wanted us to drop the price of our property when realistically had not done enough to market it. Very disappointing and felt like we lost an amount of time with no progress.

They communicated clearly at every stage, answered all my questions promptly, and made the entire buying process feel smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was their reliability and attention to detail. They kept me updated throughout, handled any issues quickly, and worked closely with all parties to ensure everything stayed on track. Their friendly and supportive approach made a huge difference during what can often be a complicated experience. I’m absolutely delighted with my new home and incredibly grateful for the outstanding service I received. I would highly recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to buy a property — truly first-class!

29th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)For context my comments are as a buyer. After multiple previous bad experiences with other agents I didn't have very high hopes. However, Jack Brown couldn't have been anymore helpful. He answered my emails quickly, even when on holiday. He went out of his way to gain information that wasn't really his job to get. Met with me onsite multiple times and was generally very easy to deal with. I also met one of his other colleagues a while ago who was equally helpful and patient with my hundreds of questions. Sorry I don't remember your name. Credit to your business. ???? I'm sure Jack will be glad to see the back of me. Thanks again. To the "other agents" (You know who you are) you could learn a thing or two from TDB about customer service. I didn't name you as I'm a decent person. Answering the phone and your emails is what sells properties and gives people confidence in you. Honesty goes a long way.

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.

11th Jan 2026 (12 weeks ago)We instructed Perfect Pillars in April 2025. Sharon did an excellent job arranging viewers as she was very easy to deal with. In July ( approx) we secured a buyer. Jenny was very skilled in how she managed the long journey to conveyancing completion, despite issues with the buyers lender, Jenny demonstrated excellent customer service, keeping all parties informed until completion in late November 2025. I would recommend this estate agent as their approach I feel is more effective than other estate agents overall.
