Always efficient and made sure they stuck to the times suitable for me.<br>They'd often send through emails of suggested houses I might like.<br>Darryl was always great with communication and professional and friendly when he showed me around the properties.<br>Highly recommend. Gemma, Charlie and Eddie deserve medals… or at the very least a very large bottle of something bubbly! ??????<br><br>They sold my house in what felt like the blink of an eye, and somehow managed to make the whole process almost enjoyable (yes, really… selling a house and stress-free in the same sentence!).<br><br>I was kept informed every step of the way, nothing was ever too much trouble, and I always felt like I was in safe hands. Their communication was spot on, their professionalism was second to none, and they even managed to stop me turning into a nervous wreck!<br><br>If you’re thinking of selling your home, save yourself the sleepless nights and give Gemma, Charlie and Eddie a call. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish—five stars just doesn’t seem enough! ?????

10th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)If you are a buyer AVOID.<br><br>Got my mum to give an offer on a house as I was busy. Andrew called me back saying the offer was rejected and thanks to GDPR I can't have her act on my behalf. I said that was fine and thank you. They call my mum again to try and get her to give more money or put an offer in on a different house 5 minutes later. No mention of that house to me. They were rude to my mum, they were rude to me and the agent who showed me round the houses never got back to me on the questions I asked.

They were so helpful I asked them to sell my property 3 years later. To be honest, if it wasn’t for their hard work I do not think my sale and purchase would have gone through. I would 100% recommend the Kettering branch.

31st Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)I found everyone at O'Riordan Bond in Rushden to be incredibly proactive throughout the sale of my house.<br><br>They weren't the closest estate agent to me, but they were absolutely the right choice. They gave honest advice on pricing, and we agreed on a realistic figure designed to sell – which it did. Twice! Sadly, the first sale fell through, but they quickly found another buyer, and this time everything went through successfully.<br><br>Buying and selling a house is, at times, a long, stressful and frustrating process. What makes all the difference is having an estate agent who understands the journey, keeps you informed, and genuinely feels like they're on your side. From the initial valuation right through to completion, the whole team were supportive, reassuring and always happy to help.
