24th Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)We used Carter Jonas in Oxford, England to rent out our property and I was overall very satisfied with the service they provided. I didn´t have to do any chasing as things progressed nicely in a timely manner and they were very good at getting back to me with updates. Their rates were also much better than the other common letting agencies. The only small thing that can be improved is the delay between tenants paying the rent to Carter Jonas and the day it is received by the landlord, if that can be reduced it would further increase the satisfaction. But overall I would recommend Carter Jonas.

Ben made everything so much easier, from finding the perfect place to guiding me through the paperwork. I truly appreciate his efforts and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for assistance in renting a home.

She was also great with my kids during the viewings - clearly prepared to go the extra mile Kept me in touch through the process and the tenant system used (goodlord) was easy to work through and gave good visibility
6th Nov 2024 (29 days ago)I wish I could give no stars. They just don’t leave you alone we had a representative come out months ago to then find out he had left or been sacked so we didn’t fellow up. They then hounded me with phone calls constantly after countless times of telling them to stop , and when you tell them to stop bloody calling they get really angry with you. Just had a full blown argument with some member of staff who felt brave today accusing me of raising my voice. Raised my voice ? I’m the client, very silly individual. The most disgusting customer service and useless company. Do yourself a favour and stay well away from them.- 6th Nov 2024 (29 days ago)I have just bought my first house through Your Move and they have been great throughout. They communicated with me every step of the way and even when I had to pull out of the first house I chose, they kept looking for something that fit my requirements until we found the right one. Thanks so much to Georgia, Gemma, Harry and others from the team for all the support over these last few months.

From the moment I arrived, Laura was welcoming and professional. She took the time to walk me through the property, highlighting its features and addressing any questions I had along the way. What stood out most was her in-depth knowledge of the property and the local area. She offered valuable insights into the neighborhood, local amenities, and even future developments, which made a big difference in helping me assess whether it was the right fit. Laura's approach was both personable and informative, making the viewing feel more like a conversation rather than just a sales pitch. She was also very transparent about the property's history and potential, which I really appreciated. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about matching clients with the right property, rather than just making a sale. Overall, my experience with Henderson Connellan and Laura during the property viewing was excellent. I felt well-informed, supported, and confident in my decision-making process. I would definitely consider working with them again, and I would highly recommend Laura for anyone looking to buy or rent.

18th Mar 2024 (8 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

We sold our property within a week with campbells From start to finish Jamie and Sian where there to answer any questions we had and and we were kept upto date every week with the progress At times it became overwhelming and Sian was always there to reassure us Thanks guys for everything

10th Sep 2024 (12 weeks ago)The staff are polite enough when being interacted with regarding our property that we rent. However, time management is poor. We have regularly had scheduled house inspections so we can keep each party updated on the house and when they turn up all is well, but countless times they have not turned up to the house inspections when we, the tenants, have taken days off work to be available for this and consequently we’re out of wages due to this. It is unacceptable and they are consistently unapologetic. Communication between their staff needs to be improved as well as to their tenants.
