6th Apr 2024 (13 days ago)We had a few viewings from them, there was an offer put in for the house mid December 2023. Client had over £200k of deposit. They pushed us to get solicitor etc buyer was ready to go. We did that at start of January 2024.We heard nothing, no even mention of Survey, until we pushed on 05/03/24,there was NO response. then the agent said they were arranging survey, under valued house by £100k, valued at standard 3 bed house. They got another survey arranged, this was then valued at £40k under. The Buyer should not have been allowed to view the property if they could NOT afford the property. I sent a message on 23/03/24 with drawing the property with them as they had wasted 4 months.. we had another offer from a different agent also in Dec but as we had accepted the offer from Scotts we went with them. Big mistake !!!

3rd Apr 2024 (16 days ago)I can’t thank Nicole, Sophie or Jodie enough, the old tenants left and the house had to have a lot of work done, the whole lettings team helped me out with everything and then they rented it out (once all the work had been completed) in such a short time (6 weeks). Such a good team, well done girls. I would happily recommend you.
29th Mar 2024 (21 days ago)Picked up the keys to my son’s new house yesterday from Amy Woolley, we could not of been more impressed with how she dealt with us, seriously if I could give her 10 stars I would ?????? My son had a long wish list for his first step on the property ladder and knew he might have to compromise to find something in his budget . Amy lined up several properties to view on the same day and was extremely professional and patient. He then made an offer on his favourite one . Amy explained the purchase process step by step and kept in contact throughout . I would have no hesitation recommending Williams estate to anyone looking to Buy, sell or rent . Stephen cox

They definitely made the purchasing process as pain-free as possible. Communicating with Quarters was easy and efficient. From a buyers perspective they offered top notch customer service. If I was contemplating selling my house Quarters would probably be my first option for an estate agent.

What an unusual experience these days to deal with such good customer service both were mature in their handling of new customers and showed experience in their field thus giving us confidence in dealing with JNP. Every member of the team I have met and communicated with have been professional and efficient. The photos they took of our property were excellent, with expertly digitally inserted furniture in rooms that were vacant. A What's App group was set up for constant communications between EweMove and ourselves which we found really useful. I recommend EweMove to anyone selling or buying a property. Thanks for your help everyone.

12th Apr 2024 (7 days ago)Poor coordination. Drove from NW London for a viewing to be called an hour before to cancel the appt because they couldn't get anyone there due to a broken down vehicle. I know these things happen, but they seemed to not have cared. Lucky we hadn't booked a day off specifically for it; could we do it in a few weeks time was the suggestion... not risking it again.
