28th Apr 2026 (6 days ago)Rent money sent to them on time and they still send threatening letters saying respond within 24hrs. We have asked for more information as they must have their records wrong. They fail to respond for days comes across as aggressive hipocracy.

12th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)Second time I've had an appalling experience with Robsons. Recent one was when I phoned to book an appointment to view a property on Linden Avenue, Ruislip, Middlesex HA4 but the estate agent never called back to say if the owner would allow buyers who don't have offers on there property yet. On top of it, before ending the call I did ask if he had my number and he said it's recorded from the call. When I prompted for his name he cut the phone off!! Awful and frustrating experiences with unprofessional customer experience.
2nd May 2026 (2 days ago)The Knights Property Services team have been amazing start to finish throughout the process of buying our property, and we’d highly recommend them. Joel was great at the start and really helped us kick things off to the point of buying the property. We were then handed over to Andy, who supported us the rest of the way. He was super helpful and always there to answer our questions or chase things up for us. Communication throughout was great and we were kept up to date on progress, and we always felt in safe hands. The only thing we would have improved was the length of the initial viewing, as we only had 15 minutes.

With Chancellors there were lies, rudeness and very poor communication. Still have a property in the area if I to sell it , Chancellors most certainly wont be the agency I will be using.
