He was professional, friendly, responsive, and always happy to answer any questions I had. Chris made everything straightforward and stress-free, and I really appreciated his support and guidance.
22nd Aug 2026 (27 days ago)Absolutely shocking experience – I would not recommend them to any landlord.<br><br>When you're initially handing over your property, the service is excellent. Everyone is friendly, responsive and reassuring. Unfortunately, once they have your property, it becomes a completely different experience.<br><br>Based on my experience over the last 12 months, I have found the service to be extremely unprofessional. A few examples:<br><br>7 rent payments have been late over a 12-month period. On more than one occasion, I have had to call the office asking where my rent payment is, only for the money to then appear in my account shortly afterwards.<br><br>They agreed to change the rent collection/payment date without informing me. I only became aware of the change after contacting them myself when the rent hadn't arrived when expected.<br><br>They failed to send written confirmation of the new tenancy protections to the tenants, despite telling me that this had been done.<br><br>What makes this particularly frustrating is that I am paying a company to manage my property precisely so that I don't have to continually chase rent payments or check whether basic administrative tasks have actually been completed.<br><br>I can't comment on the reasons behind the repeated payment delays, but having 7 late payments in 12 months is simply unacceptable for a professional property management company.<br><br>Based on my experience, I genuinely could not recommend them to another landlord

From the moment I met Aimee, she instantly understood what I was looking for in a home and was able to show me exactly the right house for my family. She even suggested a property I was hesitant to view, but she knew I’d fall in love with it, and she was right.<br><br>During the completion process I worked with Natasha, who was absolutely fantastic. She helped us progress our sale through a chain of five parties and four properties. She worked tirelessly, and honestly I don’t think we could have completed without her.<br><br>A huge thank you to the whole team.

He also advised me over the phone regarding an onward we were considering which I found extremely helpful.<br><br>Unfortunately our first sale fell through at the last moment, however we resold reasonably quickly considering the market. Both Amy and Charlotte who dealt with each sale were excellent at keeping me regularly updated during the process, I found them both to be pleasant and polite. Thank you, would highly recommend.

Very professional, and with the change of laws within renting recently, a very ethical young man representing this company. We need more Josh's in this sector!

7th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Oh dear, what can I say?<br>Review of our four bedroomed property included comments on six bedrooms but also said there were no signs of multiple occupation. Interesting for a property tenanted by a family of four.<br>Our contract was with Beasleys, Woburn Sands but inspection carried out by MK Property & Lettings Ltd.<br>The photos were clear but some of the comments questionable.<br>The inspector failed to turn up on time and after multiple phone calls arrived saying "how lucky, i was on my way to Bletchley when my car broke down. Fortunate that I was nearby".

She was very professional, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and very personable and reassuring in her approach. Her feedback from the vendors was always prompt, professional and very eloquent. 6th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)We honestly couldn’t have asked for better support from Sharon and Amelia throughout our sale.<br><br>What should have been a fairly straightforward move turned into a much more stressful journey than we expected, with delays and complications along the way. Throughout all of it, Sharon and Amelia were absolutely brilliant. They were approachable, responsive and, most importantly, genuinely cared about getting things over the line for us.<br><br>There were times when communication between solicitors became frustrating, and having Sharon and Amelia at the other end of the phone chasing things, finding out what was happening and keeping everyone connected made a huge difference. We never felt like we were just another transaction to them.<br><br>Amelia in particular was fantastic at keeping in touch and helping us understand what was happening behind the scenes, while Sharon’s experience and support gave us a lot of reassurance when things became stressful.<br><br>After finally getting the keys and being able to look back at the whole journey, we’re incredibly grateful for everything they did for us.<br><br>Thank you Sharon and Amelia — you were a huge part of getting us into our new home and we genuinely appreciate it. ????????<br><br>Would recommend them without hesitation.

Was recently relocating back to Aylesbury for work and looking for a good rental property, and Jodie was absolutely amazing in organising online viewings and sorting all the necessary paperwork for me. Every time there was a problem she was there to help and support. Have dealt with many of the local agents in the past, and Brown & Merry are by far the best, 100% would recommend.
