When you call them to give a true feedback they usually become aggressive and hostile.<br><br>Update July 2026 - I have revised my review rating to 3 stars from 1 star just because of the individual brilliancy of Cristina Gaibani. Cristina is very engaging, ethical and sensitive to tenants' concerns, which is a welcome change from the standard erratic, unfriendly, unethical and stubborn way of the rest of the Hurst Lettings team.- 22nd Jul 2026 (13 days ago)The communication was really good. We were greeted most pleasantly by Ruby and judging from her body language, it was not a job, she truly enjoy introducing people to their forever home!! The Office staff, Tom and Michael are very knowledgeable and are never short on updates, both genuinely are people persons!! Five stars Brown and Merry Chesham, from my Wife and I.

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
