24th Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)We used Carter Jonas in Oxford, England to rent out our property and I was overall very satisfied with the service they provided. I didn´t have to do any chasing as things progressed nicely in a timely manner and they were very good at getting back to me with updates. Their rates were also much better than the other common letting agencies. The only small thing that can be improved is the delay between tenants paying the rent to Carter Jonas and the day it is received by the landlord, if that can be reduced it would further increase the satisfaction. But overall I would recommend Carter Jonas.

21st Mar 2024 (8 mo. ago)Richard and the team at Hamptons Broadway achieved a sale for our house in Broadway very soon after they took it onto their books, when it had been on the market for some time with another agent without success. Their positivity and support gave us back the confidence we needed at a stressful time and led to a successful and happy sale. We have been most impressed with Richard's professionalism and understanding of our needs. Thank you to the whole team for being so nice! We wouldn't hesitate in coming to you again if we ever move again (which we're not planning on doing soon)!

22nd Nov 2024 (12 days ago)We purchased our property through the Shipston branch of Peter Clarke. They were quick to respond to our enquiries and also kept us updated on any progress on our purchase. Communication is key when moving house particularly when you are moving from another county and are not local. Communication was good and we would recommend.

They were generous with their time and easy to reach, whether in person or on the phone, often pro-actively contacting me with updates. They displayed expert local knowledge and offered good advice on the best sales approach - with successful results.
7th May 2024 (6 mo. ago)Rang them once. Spoke to someone, they didn’t answer after that. Subsequently sent web enquiries through Rightmove and separately, two emails. They responded to nothing. No texts, emails, calls…nothing. Finally, sent them an email telling them what I thought of them. Used to feel sorry for them. No longer . With Savills and Knight Frank over taking them they’re on their way out. They made their choice. They can live with the consequences. Goodbye Butler Sherborne. You had a choice about how you treated me. I will enjoy witnessing your decline.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. 16th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)We purchased our house through S&P in 2016 and sold it through them last year. We were very impressed with their professionalism on both occasions. When buying, Simon pressed the sellers to make sure that they took a reasonable position on some items which they proposed to exclude from the sale (at the last minute) and, when we sold, he advised us well on both pricing and prospective purchasers. He also pressed to keep the process moving foreword but without being too pushy. I enjoyed working with him and his colleagues - a very good experience all ways round.
