We cannot praise this company enough, Paul who came to evaluate our property was extremely professional, knowledgeable, lives in the area. We had 2 other estate agents evaluate our property which was a complete joke. We sold our property within 2 weeks, once we had an offer accepted on a property for us Paul was involved with all conveyancing solicitors, other estate agents to make sure the process was moving at a pace. All the staff at Fletcher & Poole concerning our experience were outstanding, we highly recommend this company.... Read more

We put the house on the market in February 2026 and up until June we had received one viewing, with little or no communication from the office to suggest as to why. It had obviously been marketed incorrectly and valued at the wrong price. We have been very disappointed and decided to withdraw the house from sale with them.... Read more
